The worst experience Ive ever had in my life my unit was broken into and then when we called on the problem they told us little girls that they called us and told us at the unit was broken into I informed them that we were not aware of the break-in and he told us to to go f*** yourself.., when the employee at Star Quest showed up he would not let us go into our unit until we told him sorry to this day I dont know what he wanted us to say sorry for ...Ive never been in a situation like this before in my life. I highly recommending never doing business with this company very unprofessional (Westlake) very scary situation

Helpfull and efficient! Caitlyn is always doing whatever she can to make the entire proccess of moving our belongs in or out of our storage unit as easy and uncomplicated as such endeavors should always be. We bought our locks from StorQuest and one simply could not ask for a better feeling of security. Overall a great experience, dont bother looking any further than this if you need a storage unit. I had a great experience at StorQuest in Westlake! The paperwork and initial process was pretty simple. I was expecting a long, drawn out process, but things went by smoothly and quickly. The manager was very pleasant and helpful while showing me around the property. Everything looked clean and I felt more comfortable storing my items here after the walk through. I would definitely recommend StorQuest to other friends and family.

On site manager at Westlake Village 5730 Corsa was horrible to me. She treated me with terrible disrespect and contempt. Pricing was high, website prices lower and so are neighboring storage properties. I rented for 8 years, never missed a payment and she treated me like I was some kind of cheat and liar. DO NOT RENT FROM STORQUEST!

This is by far one of the cleanest and well kept storage facilities I have been to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and they made sure that I knew my way around the area. I am more than confident that my personal belongings will be safe. I definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone!

I really love this charming facility. Its clean, secure and homey looking. The staff is great and always helpful. I was really stressed out during my move, and they couldnt have been nicer, offering me cold water and helping me move!
