My wife and I went in to pay our monthly bill in person. Since we were having probelms with Corepate Headquaters paying our bill over the phone. Public Storage had no record of our account . No record of any kind? When we arrived that day. We walked into a very loud yelling from the Public Storage worker on the phone I would guess a customer about not paying there bill since they signed a contract with them. At the same time another couple walked in to find out the same reason why we were there. But they had the Storage Unit sold off a few days ago without any notice and to find out they were only late a few day over the 30 days in which in turn would be 33 days in all. We moved all off our belonging that out of our storage unit ASAP and we would NOT recomend ANY Public Storage to sell of the poor peoples belogs is imoral!couple walked in to find out the same reason why we were there. Bu they had the Storage Unit sold off a few days ago without any notice and to find out they were only late a few day over the 30 days in which in turn would be 33 days in all. Going through lifes transitions and moving from New York with 2 kids alone is stressful and emotional. I showed up to Public Storage and was greeted by Nathan. He was very direct with pricing, storage size and any amenities I might need to assist in packing, etc. He showed me the property and I was shocked at how CLEAN this location was! Every time I am the facility, Im sure to stop in and say hi to him! And also my kids adore him! Im almost sad thinking about the day Ill no longer need my storage unit. If you ever need a Staff and Manager Trainer to train other employees and staff on customer service and Building Operations, please think about Nathan. He is the prime example of what a manager is! Nathan, if you ever read these... From the bottom of mine and my little guys hearts... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Dont rent from this place unless you want your rent to go up every year. They do not honor or respect loyalty. The only way to keep your rent the same or lower is to cancel your contract and move everything to another storage room. I was paying over $400.00 a month and had been there for years. I just happened to be in the lobby when I over heard the manager renting the same size unit for almost half what I was paying. I was told that yes it goes up every year and yes the only way to get it reduced is to move to another locker with a new contract. So I promptly moved out.

This place is amazing. When I had to move my business abruptly three months ago and needed storage units fast, I was so happy that I found Public Storage in Woodland Hills. Over the years I have rented a variety of units all over the San Fernando Valley and have never seen this level of service. Both Valerie and Rich went out of their way to make my transition so much easier, I would not hesitate to refer this facility to any of my friends or customers. Ive been at this location for a little while and Im very glad I made the decision to rent. It took some time getting in here and now I can understand why. You cant beat the price for this location and the customer service is top shelf. The facility is super secure and very well maintained. If your looking for the best dont settle. Parking is a breeze and there are loads of places to break from moving to eat lunch. You simply cant beat this location. Oh yeah, did I mention its climate controlled ?

BEWARE... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. You will be treated like DIRT... Trust me.. i dont understand, why public storage hires such crazy, rude, impolite, uneducated people Ike that girl "ARLENE"....??!!! She has NO place in that business... she must be fired.. what a bad and arrogant girl..!! Her answers to your questions are like why the F youre are talking to me..!!? Her behavior is dirty and very rude... I will directly call their customer service to complain...

I have had a storage unit with Public Storage in Woodland Hills for a few years now and have been very happy with the facility. Great customer service, very friendly employees and the value I receive is fantastic. The manager Valerie has been wonderful. She is a tremendous asset to the company. This location is very clean and well kept. The manager, Valeri is "On top of it", and the entire staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Prices are average for the area and the first month was $ 1. I have never experienced a problem here. My wife used to have a locker for her business here and we have one for personal. We have been customers for more than 5 years. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Val!

This facility is very convenient, and clean.The staff Rich and Valerie are wonerful. They are friendly, always smiling and very attentive. I like you guys but not that much....lol Nice property, but I noticed one thing...There were no Holiday decorations This season..NOT GOOD.. Every place in town had a snow flake on a window, or tree or Hanukkah....Lets be merry not a Grinch..Very nice staff...Thank you... C

When you need public storage its not really something you would normally evaluate like when purchasing an auto, you just go to the closest place and rent a unit. This facility is located very close for me, the price seems appropriate, there is good security and the service is very good - there is an attendant on site. What more is there to doing this business properly. Public Storage does this right.

I am here literally every day, as I keep my equipment for my small business in a unit, and I can say that it feels like a mom & pop store. I am always met with a friendly greeting. The staff is so friendly and "there" for me. A couple of times I have forgotten something (like locking my door) and they have called me up to remind me. I feel like they are really on top of things making it run smoothly.

Valerie and Rich were very helpful at this facility! They are kind, courteous and had answers to all my questions and were attentive to all my needs. Id never used a storage facility before and they were able to provide me with the information I needed to determine what size storage facility I would need. Im glad I made the right choice and chose this place first!
