I came to Public Storage over two years ago after a garage fire that required a home rennovation (smoke damage). The restoration on my home was supposed to take 3 months . . . 2 years later . . . thank goodness I found Kayrn (sp?)at Public Storage Calabasas. Having a fair amount of my important belongings in PS has necessary during my home repair. Thank goodness for public storage Calabasas. Specifically (besides the staff, Ill address that later) what I like is how clean and well lit the spaces are. How easy it is to park close to the elevator to load and unload my car. ( I love that you can borrow a cart! Saves on trips). I like how I was provided with a code to enter and exit the premises. The keypad even knows my name after I enter and when i exit. ( I like that they keep track of who comes in and out because it makes me feel me and my stuff are physically safe when Im alone loading my stuff at night. I think B4 this fire I would have thought it was a bit extravagant storing my belongings during construction work. But my contractors have been real pigs. Between paint spatter, broken items, lost items, accidentally thrown away items, etc etc AND etc, its been nice to know my things in storage are safe. I dont have to constantly inventory things or keep covering in plastic my things at home. Karyn has been great. She didnt try to upsale me or pressure me in anyway. (Thats really important to me. ) we ended up figuring out the right size and that wasnt my doing! Kayrn helps me whenever I lose my keys, when I forget my gate pin, or listens when I want to complain about my contractor. Shes friendly and very very helpful. Shes local, I even see her the grocery store! Thanks Public Storage Calabasas for a lot less worry! Oh yes, Ive also transfered my retired business files to storage. Im using the additional office space for two part time employees! Thanks Joel for that!

I have been renting storage units for almost 19 years. When I made my initial phone call for information, I spoke with Karyn and Joel. They were extremely helpful. It was a pleasure talking with them on the phone. Because of their knowledge, courtesy the choice was easy to make. I have rented 2 storage units and am extremely satisfied. Everytime I go there its always a great experience. Let me end by saying that Public Storage should be proud to have these 2 wonderful people representing them.

Karyn was very helpful with answering questions and explaining the contract. She made the process go by quickly, and was very friendly and professional. The property is well taken care of and is gated. The pricing is good here compared to other public storages in the area. The access hours are reasonable 7am to 9pm. I am happy to store my stuff here, they also offer insurance at a reasonable price.

Ive had the most amazing experience storing my things here! Karyn is one of the coolest people too! -- She literally ran to find me after I had mentioned I wanted to borrow the keys to the dolly! Sure, its a self-managed storage place, but the customer service here is phenomenal! Love it! :D So happy I found this along my path in life!
