I have amended my review after Sandy the GM finally called me back after receiving my message from a female employee. She was compassionate to me and what I experienced as well as helpful and willing to assist me. She had a winning personality and because of that she definitely is in the right position as GM and why I have given the facility a three stars. however, I remain with a zero star for employee "Jeremy". Nevertheless, the female employees at the site are exceptionally great with customer service I actually obtained a unit without physically being there. They handled everything over the phone payment etc. I had a friend bring my things there etc. The major Problem came when I called inquiring about my unit a Guy by the name of "Jeremy" who claims to be the "account manager". He is rude, I dont believe anything he says. I think he only said he was the account manager because I asked to speak to the site manager. He hung up in my face, repeatedly dismissed my request for a store manage. I told him I was on the account, the unit was my account I already previously spoke to the manager the day I opened it, He just told me he would not speak to me etc. even though I know for a fact my name is authorized on the account as having access. Instead of having a winning attitude and being respectful, kind and accommodating towards customers he rather find reasons NOT DO ANYTHING THING, NOT EVEN GIVE A MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK FOR THE SITE MANAGE. HE IS THE WORST #NIGHTMARE #NORMANBATES this guy should be fired!

The spaces I rent are well secured and monitored. Ive never had a problem. I do very much object, however, to the owners of the large boats/RVs/trucks parked immediately in front of the vertical sliding door entrance to the C building (accessing C-33 and C-34. Their boats or vehicles are NEVER parked in accordance with the lines on the ground. Ive pointed this out several times, but there is insufficient response to lead me to believe that they care. There really should be NO parking in this space. I know it means $$$ to Hollywood, but the space in front of the door and at least 1-2 spaces adjoining should always be empty for those coming to work in their storage spaces. Thanks.

I recently stopped by Hollywood Storage Center of Thousand Oaks for a quote. This place was really cool. Besides the great prices, they had samples of just about every storage size available in the lobby for me to see. It reminded me of a fully-furnished model home when you walk in and fall in love with the decor. The place was really clean and they even had a working Post Office inside. Thats even more cool since they moved the main Post Office to a inconvenient location. I couldnt help it so I bought a roll of stamps. Now thats convenient! Thanks Hollywood Storage and see you this weekend with a bunch of my boxes.

I have nothing but good things to day about Hollywood Storage Center. My husband is a very demanding customer and even he was impressed when we rented a unit last month as part of a big garage clean-up. The complimentary moving truck was a great saving in both time and money. The driver helped us load and unload our boxes from our garage to the truck and then to the unit. No staff member showed the slightest sign of impatience when, after we had moved in, we changed our mind twice about the unit size we wanted. Hats off to Hollywood Storage Center.

This place lacked security & had stuff stolen from there. THERE ARE NO REAL SECURITY cameras that face the storage place...those things you see are not security cameras & most do not work. The cops even said that the place had been broken into before & had items stolen. They will tell you that they have cameras but the cameras dont even face the storage place & there is not even any in the inside. I will tell you that they also tried to say that your the liar or try to make it look like you misplaced them. BEWARE!

What storage facility offers good prices AND good support? If you answered none, you havent been to Hollywood Storage Center yet. I admit, I thought you could only get one or the other. But, I was wrong. The whole experience was seamless. The sales reps (I think they call them storage consultants) really knew their stuff and had me set up with a unit in quick time. Then, one of their staff members took the time to help me arrange my stuff in the unit. He had clearly done it before and was really helpful.

The best thing about Hollywood Storage is interfacing with the friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful staff. Im at Hollywood Storage frequently and I cant remember a single time when the staff didnt made it a pleasure for me to deal with them. In addition, the Hollywood Storage facilities are well maintained and always clean. It causes me to keep my storage spaces clean and organized so I wont be embarrassed by being surrounded by their well kept facilities.

Ive moved several times in the past few years and each time have used a storage facility to store some of my things. Hollywood Storage Center has been the most impressive. I particularly thought the idea of a courtesy cart, where they bring you drinks and snacks was a great idea. Also, I particularly appreciated Dion who took the time in the rain to help out when I was moving a few items in. Exceptional!

This place is so well run. They called me at 8:30 on the day of my move to confirm that I was moving in. They provide a complimentary truck to help you move. The truck driver showed up on time and his truck was nice and bigger than I expected. Finally once we got to the storage center, Dion helped me move my belongings into my unit. Moving is always tough but this was such a pleasant experience!

Ive used other storage centers in the past but Hollywood Storage Center is in a league of its own. They make moving your belongings into a storage unit beyond easy. They always have staff available to help you along the way. On the day of our move, Donovan kept checking in on us, asking us if we needed help. He even grabbed us cold drinks and first-aid supplies! This is 5-star customer service!

Hollywood Storage is great. The staff is very professional and friendly. The property is secure and I feel that my belongings are safe. I really like the unique movie atmosphere. They offer much more than just storage, such as packing and shipping supplies, wine storage, a post office at the Newbury Park location. This is my second time at Hollywood Storage. Will recommend them for sure.

The staff at Hollywood Storage Center has always been great. I love that they are able to provide storage units that are the perfect size for what I’m storing. Every time I’ve been able to pay just for what I need because they have so many size options. Also, the free trucks that they loan you to move are a huge perk! The facilities are also very nice. I highly recommend.

Customer service at this place is amazing. Everyone has such a positive, can-do attitude! Theyll give you a hand loading and unloading your stuff. One day, I had a problem with my unit door sticking and Donovan took care of it right away, and always with a smile. It went above and beyond my expectations. Truly A+ service. I highly recommend Hollywood Storage Center.
