I am so, so happy I chose to rent a storage space here! I stopped in one day just to check prices; I found the facility to be so clean and secure feeling, and Elliott was so helpful and friendly that I reserved a space on the spot! I didnt have to waste a lot of time filling out extraordinary amounts of paperwork (which was very helpful since I - like most people - have zero time available to waste); getting moved in was no problem at all. I was worried for a while that I might end up needing a bigger space than I had planned on, and Elliott reassured me that if that was the case, it would be taken care of, no problem :) The location and hours are very convenient for my crazy schedule and I dont worry one bit about the safety of my belongings. Thanks again Elliott!

StorQuest is an excellent choice for storage! Ive used them twice now and have been very satisfied both times :) Here are some of the reasons for the 5 stars: -Units: super clean, bright and well maintained -Staff and customer service: friendly, professional and organized-especially Dalia! -Security: I like that the entrance is gated, it made me feel more safe when I was moving late at night -Process: easy and efficient -Cost: comparable or less to competitors and they offer specials during certain times, like the 1st month free! -Music: theyve got music playing throughout the whole unit so it makes moving more fun

The Thousand Oaks StorQuest team is fantastic! Jeffery and Dahlia are always ready to help me with whatever I need. I have packages come on a regular basis and they always call to notify me of their arrival immediately. If I ever need packing tape or extra boxes I can hit the office and buy what I need on the spot so there is no need to go elsewhere. When I needed to move to a larger unit Jeffery made it as easy as it could be for a smooth transition. I highly recommend the StorQuest TO location for any of your storage needs, temporary or long term. Thanks for the awesome service you guys!

Great storage facility. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and kind. Both times that I went in to ask questions and on the phone - the staff was polite and accommodating. They even turned on cartoons for my kids and gave them one of their super hero toys. The facility is clean, easy to access (best gate hours in town), and the price was excellent. Weve used another storage facility in town for years and I am much happier with StorQuest. Robert and Elliott were both extremely helpful and their phone customer service was great as well. I would highly recommend this facility.

Never thought Id review a storage place... what can be so special about a storage place? Plenty. #1 The people working there are really nice, its a comfortable environment, they say hello and have pleasant personalities. #2 the facility is clean and I feel very safe. #3 JEFF, he is really nice and he goes out of his way to give good service. #4 The entire team is pleasant to deal with. In summary, this is a great facility and they give you a 5 star service. It is not just a another storage facility.

I moved to this this location finding that it had the best rate for storage sizes in town. In addition, the new facility has large roll up doors which makes moving large furniture items in and out of the unit easy. The large doorways made it easier to pick an indoor storage unit over an outdoor unit; most older storage facilities I found had just standard doors. In addition to new facility with great security, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and addressed all my needs.

When I was shopping around for self storage I found a wide range of options both in price, cleanliness, security, and easy of use. I was immediately impressed with this location. For starters its about a year old. Its clean and its secure. The price is a bit more than a lot of places but thats worth it to me for the piece of mind. The sign up process is straight forward and easy. They even have computers to use in the office which is a nice touch.

By far the best price in the area for storage, especially if you are a student (I go to Cal Lutheran) everyone is extremely helpful whether you call it go into the office. You can immediately tell they care about their customers and the protection of your belongings. Dalia was very polite and made setup completely painless. Im very glad I made the decision to use this company

As a local resident for over 40 years; I have found through research that StorQuest has the best monthly pricing, freindly staff who listen and bottom line make you feel like you came to the right storage facility the very first time. They get it! If you are looking for a local storage facility; StorQuest of Thousand Oaks, hands down, is the right place for you.

Ive been using the Thousand Oaks Facility for almost 1 year now. This has been my first Storage experience and I was skeptical of any facility at first. I was back there this weekend and i must say I continue to be impressed. Clean, convenient and the staff is always so helpful. I will continue to be a customer even when we move back to a remodeled home.

We like everything about StorQuest. From the easy sign up, the location and the security to the closing of our account. We have never had a problem in the 5 or 6 years we have been using their facility. A big thanks to Carlos at the Thousand Oaks location! We will be using them again when we need a little extra storage.
