I have been renting a storage unit from them for 2 1/2 years. Sadly, I have to leave, due to my acceptance of another job offer, in a different location. In my opinion, I think that this storage company is top notch, or at least this site is fantastic! Tamara has always helped me on multiple occasions, and shes always on top of her game with company policies and procedures. There was one time in which my old credit card expired, and the new credit card wasnt updated in their system. Rather than remaining delinquent on the account and risk losing my personal belongings, she demonstrated exceptional professional courtesy by calling me at home to discuss the situation and to find out if I could update my information with them. All of the staff members at this facility are stellar in terms of job performance. Tamara is always very professional, builds positive relationships with the customers, and she looks out for the best interest of the customers, while maintaining the criteria of company policies and procedures. Thank you Tamara! Thank you ladies!

Yesterday my mother my 17 year old daughter and my aunt went to get out my fathers belongings from his storage unit due to his passing. We got pretty much everything out until a crazy women on a Bicycle that lives and works there started cursing at my mother and ready to fight my mom for no reason at all. So I got in the middle of this protecting my mom . Then the lady verbally attacked me and was ready to fight me. So after this confrontation we locked up our storage unit and tried to leave. The manager Aka probally husband of crazy women ask my mother if she wanted to press charges or just leave because the cops are coming. I just told lets just go. So we got out of the gate my mom left in her car and then the police showed up and stop me. I told them the story and apparently this lady is known by the police. All they did was get my information searched me for weapons and took a few pic of me and asked if I had tattoos. Nothing happen to this crazy women!!!!!

Due to a pending move, we had the need for immediate storage of our family boat. The amount of time needed was indeterminate and the boat is old enough that the first 2 places we contacted would not accept it without asking for additional monetary compensation. We initially went to StorQuest to buy moving supplies, however the friendliness, willingness to help, efficiency, and secure environment convinced us that this was the place to store this important part of our familys property. It has been a partnership that has worked well. Over time, we have needed to contact the yard for change of address and changes to payment info. Each contact has been met with courtesy and quick resolution. The boat is as we left it, and we couldnt be more satisfied. Dont bother looking around if you need storage space.....this is the place to go.

This is the WORSE company I have ever dealt with. The staff are UNCARING. We were victims of a squatter this last year, so that caused us to be late on our payments a few times. This company has absolutely NO HEART. They demanded all money due on account, not past due money, but ALL money on account three days before Christmas......we were just fighting to keep our home from forclosure. They would not accept cash money for past due..insisted on us paying everything! A HEARTLESS company will not stay in business long. Dont take my word for it, but just know if something out of your control happens.........They will kick you when you are down..They only care about the money.. In my opinion, this company is NOT trustworthy. I give them a NEGATIVE ZERO.

This is the second time I have used StorQuest in the Camarillo, CA 93010 area and they are very accomodating to your needs! I highly recommend their services for your future storage needs. They offer wonderful discounts and other services to assist in whether you are moving or just needing to store items for a longer term. And their after hours is open until 9:00 pm where in most other storage places is closed much earlier around 6 pm. Very Clean and Convenient to accommodate to your needs. Be sure to check them out and compare their services and prices before settling for any other storage service.

I am the aunt involved with the altercation. Omg this woman came from nowhere and had the foulest mouth. As my sister in law and i was exiting the facility a man eating Pizza approached the car and asked if we wanted to press charges because the police were on there way. We said no and as we were leaving the police car entered. My nephew was right behind us and was delayed and questioned. My sister in law walked back to storquest to talk to the police. My question is - why did a stranger talk to us and who called the police. I guess we can get the 911 tape to find out the answers.

I was having a very rough and stressful day moving my household items to the storage in the rain but the customer service and positive attitude of the service associate working there really made my day. Thanks to Tamara for helping me with my storage unit requirements. The space was clean and ready to make this stressful move a more positive one. This business in Camarillo is very well run and extremely well organized; ladies at the front desk are SUPER professional, highly competent, very helpful and reliable. I have been their customer for over 3 years now. Feel lucky they are in my neighbourhood. I once left my unit not propery locked. They identified after I left, called me to get it corrected. They are always on the look out to protect our interests. Thank you Tamara! Thank you Kelly! (I may have missed another girl but they all are magnificient!)

As far as ease of getting set up, these guys are awesome. The office was clean and well organized, the staff were uniform, knowledgeable, and very friendly, the facility was clean, billing for the unit is automatic and connected to my credit card so no worries, and I got the first month for a dollar. Price is a little steep; with the required insurance Im paying $71 a month for a 5x5, but due to the ease of access, ease of use, and the awesome staff, Im extremely pleased. Thanks!

I have quite a small storage space and about 4 months after I signed up StorQuest informed me they were raising my rates more than 10%. Their security is lax, there arent enough lights in the interior hallways to be able to see anything in the storage rooms, there were significant leaks over the winter and I still cant figure out why they raised my rates. They also refuse to talk to me when I ask about the rate raise and Ive called 3 or 4 times. Pretty disappointing.

I had a great experience working with the staff at StorQuest. My situation had some unusual circumstances but they graciously worked with me. I had 2 cars transported from Seattle to Camarillo and I wasnt going to be there to receive the cars. They went out of their way to receive the cars, store the keys and work with me via email for the all the paperwork. They were patient, thorough and I highly recommend this facility.
