I dont usually write reviews but I felt the need for this place, I give it 5 stars. I say that because they were supper friendly here. I came in last Thursday looking for a quote and from the get go they were very helpful, even when I told them it was just a estimate I was looking for. A gentleman named Tim helped me and he made me feel welcome from the start, told him I was just looking for pricing right now and not definite on anything right, but he was so nice and helpful on all my questions and showed me around. I didnt get the unit at the time and even looked at other places. This place by far was the most friendly and welcoming place I went to, definitely going to use them when I need them. Also the prices are very comparable to others and being that that they were more friendly, for sure coming back!

Make sure you dont pay for anything that these people are scam artists if you pay with your credit card and you have no name on any other paperwork they wont even let you get any of your stuff go kick you off property I had brought a storage shed from you my girlfriend she stole my Visa gift card to open it for $35 and then I paid with my debit card and my bank account for her to be able to keep her storage so her children and her did not lose any of their possessions like they had done in the past then they proceeded to not let me in nor would she this place is a horrible place to store your stuff.

When I showed up on Sunday of Daylight Savings time, I really didnt understand why the sign said CLOSED when it was only 3:30 according to my car clock. I got out and went to the door anyway. Tim met me there and politely told me that it was actually 4:30 (they closed at 4pm) and gently reminded me to change my clock in the car. After a good laugh, he insisted that I come in to sign my rental agreement because he was there finishing up some paperwork. The process was smooth and quick.And Tim was so pleasant! Weve just started moving in and everything has gone so well. Wed definitely recommend!

I just wanted to say I have been storing my stuff at storquest for a few years. Since 2012... They have always been really helpful with anything I need. They go above and beyond to keep your stuff secure and work with you in emergencies. Not to mention they have a great car and dog wash we use frequently. Sharon and Kira have been really helpful lately with anything I need and questions I have. They really have gone out of thier way to help my and my family. Anyone looking for a great place and a first class storage facility look no further than storquest!!!!

I have had multiple size storage units over the last 2-3 years at the Maestro location and I feel that it is well run and is always very clean at all times. Yesterday I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Sharon Kemp, the agent working at the front desk, was nothing short of amazing! She was as helpful and sweet as anyone could be while she showed me multiple vacant units and prepared all my new paperwork. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to store your extra stuff...

Great storage and service. Only a couple negatives. First, the website rarely works when I try to log in to pay my bill. It keeps saying its the wrong password, when I know its the right one. There seems to be a glitch, or perhaps they do a lot of website updates which resets everything. The other negative is often times they dont answer the phone at the Maestro location. Again, other than those things, when they do answer the phone theyre all very nice and provide great service.

Good customer service is not tested when everything goes right but when things go sideways. Timothy (Tim) had not once but twice handled a difficult situation with the highest customer service standards. He worked with me so I could accomplish what I need to get done with speed, kindness and efficiency. The other staff had been good and helpful. The physical facility is clean, well lit, maintained. Thanks so much for a great place and people to store my stuff!

I went into your Maestro location to see your facility and check on pricing and availability for a move I will be making in a couple of months. I was very impressed with the facility and all the ammenities available. The dog wash will come in handy! I had the opportunity to speak with both Tim and Sharon and they were both very professional and helpful. I will be coming back as soon as I have a final move date. Thank you. Great place.

Ive been using StorQuest on Maestro in Reno off and on for several years now, and the property is excellent in every way. The staff, particularly Sharon, are always helpful, professional and very reasonable. Storage prices arent cheap nowadays, but it is what it is. Their prices here are highly competitive, and the units tend to be of higher quality then elsewhere in the area. I highly recommend StorQuest.

This place has the worst car wash in Reno! Their tag line should be "StorQuest Carwash - we hate you". If you go there and find a bay door open it is your lucky day. No one does simple maintenance that much so I think either they dont like maintaining the carwash or it breaks every week. I wasted my lunch break going there. Maybe call ahead first and see if they like their customers that day first.

Geraldine was incredibly helpful! When the storage unit location I initially wanted couldnt meet my needs, she helped me get an appropriate unit at one of their sister locations. Once there, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable, and I spent the least amount of time imaginable signing paperwork. I would highly recommend this company, for their professionalism as well as their rates!

Great facility! Ive used both the storage units and the car wash. A few years ago I relocated to Reno for a job and used the storage units to store my entire house while I found a house to buy. The units were both clean and very secure. I still use the car wash often, especially for my high top van, which is easier to clean there. Sharon is awesome! Both friendly and helpfull!!

Was looking for and comparing prices on storage facilities, the storage units I looked were clean and the prices were fair. While there, I was told that there was a car wash and dog was onsite. I love the idea of the dog wash, I will definitely use that service. The folks in the office were very nice and helpful with all my questions. Thanks Tim for all your help.

I was in a bind and needed a storage unit asap. StorQuest was having an online special and I was able to get a great deal! The staff was very helpful and the location is very clean. The storage units themselves are also very well maintained. They are clean and the location is very quiet, isolated from the busy city. Thanks for the great service guys. Keep it up!

Sharon and Tim at StorQuest on Maestro were incredibly helpful and responsive as I planned and then moved out of my storage locker. I came from out of state to clean out my locker and I needed assistance and timing through the process from their end and they exceeded all expectations. I really like it when people listen and work with you and they did just that!
