Great experience. (That poor review sounds a bit suspicious) I got a great rate that was fixed for 2 years, and a couple free months. Cliff, the manager is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and was never dirty. Ill definitely rent with Ventu again when I have the need for storage again!

The place was dirty and when I wanted access to my unit after 9 p.m. I was told no. When I moved out they made it very hard and I had to pay an extra month in cash. Dont rent here.
