The property manager Sonia is terrible, very bossy and very pushy, if you dont purchase their supposed "maximum security lock" she will refuse your rental. Youre better off going to so cal storage down the street, they dont push merchandise on you and actually treat you like a human being. Additionally, this specific property averages anywhere from 30-50 break ins a month, so youre better off taking youre chances and leaving your belongings on the street. Also, Desire doesnt know anything about the company, that is probably due too her horrid training; if she cant "rap" the information or policies to the customers impersonating wiz Khalifa you mine as well walk out.

This is our first time moving out so we decided to rent a storage unit. I checked for different ratings online and I came across public storage. I signed up and in a matter of minutes I get a call from a manager named Steve from public storage. Over the phone he was explaining the concept of public storage. My boyfriend and I decided to go see Steve that exact day. We went and from the beginning he began explaining everything. He showed us the unit and showed us everything we need to know. He answered all our questions. I left with satisfaction and security. Thank you Steve for making our visit extraordinary.

I have been with public storage at 21321 Vanowen St, Canoga Park, CA 91303 now for 5 years. I’m a disabled Veteran with a few health issues. Without Sonia and the staff I might have lost everything I owned while I was reminded of my payments and have been able to save my belongings. What I like best about the facility is Sonia’s management skills and all the personnel who work to keep our belonging safe and protected. I can say they have made a vigilante attempt to provide top security while keeping our rent at an affordable cost. Thank you Sonia and your staff for your support. William A. Casale

We moved in yesterday. A lady named Cynthia was working there, and was extremely nice and accommodating. She gave us a tour of the facility and had us signed up very quickly. Everything was simple and as expected. Apparently Cynthia moves around to different facilities to accommodate the companys needs, so unfortunately we wont see much of her :-(. As for the facility itself, everything was very clean and well taken care of. It was over 100 degrees when we moved in, yet our unit was a reasonable temperature, despite not being climate controlled. They provide carts during business hours too.

First and foremost, this place is awesome. The manager Sonya and her right hand woman Shawna are the most professional group of people I have ever met. They have always been quick to help me out when I needed assistance, they go out of their way to assist me with whatever issues Im facing and they do all of this with a real smile of their face. The property is clean, not a lot of traffic, and conveniently located. All in all, this property is amazing, prices are reasonable and service is top notch. Keep up the good work ladies and PS owes you a raise for youre hardwork.

My mom and I came to public storage on Vanowen to inquire about prices and rent a unit and were very impressed with the service and the units. The manager Sonia was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and helped us find the right unit for my mom. We visited several other storage facilities before coming here and Public Storage had the nicest units for the best price as well as the best customer service. We feel very comfortable and safe leaving our valued possessions at this location. Thank you to Sonia and Yvonna for all of your help!

My compliment to Public Storage by having a property manager at this location who is just wonderful. Sonia is just a beautiful soul. Very nice, polite, patient, courteous and absolutely professional... I used to have a storage at this location for about 3 years, recently I moved to west L.A. and had to replace my storage to be close to my home but I come beginning of every month to Canoga Park to say hello to Sonia and pay my bill.. Sonia is most definitely not only a great asset to Public Storage but also to our community. Thank you Sonia :)

My Mom had to come and live with us after a fire in her home. We needed to make room for her and her belongings and we needed help fast. The staff at public storage was extrememly helpful and patient. They showed us a wide selection on units for us to choose. Access to the unit was easy and secure. Their property is clean and easy to get around in. The staff was always helpful and courteous. Thanks for making a difficult situation a lot easier to get through.

I had Sonia and Leilany help me out today. It was quick and easy service. I had to upgrade my reservation to a larger unit without any problems. Great customer service skills and funny personalities. I also was afraid I wasnt going to make it to my 1 o clock appointment but they got me in and out. I highly recommend people to do the express check-in online cause it really makes things run more smoothly! Great job you guys! :-)

It was 90 degrees in the valley today and I went into the public storage office to pay the monthly rent for my moms storage. Rich and Shawna were working in the office and they were very helpful and made it an overall pleasant experience. I was very glad that they had the air conditioning working inside which also made it comfortable since it was so hot outside.

I went in last week to ask for prizing for 7.5x10 unit i was helped out by a woman named sonya and anthony they were very sweet and helpfull although they did not have any available they were very professional and informed me of a neighboring prop. That did they also gave me a great discount for merch thank you guys..
