If you want a storage facility/unit that is clean, a company that bends over backwards to accommodate its customers, and a staff member that understands the importance of customers satisfaction -- then, call this Public Storage location and ask to speak with Karen! I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. She is a senior member of the Public Storage Team and has many years experience servicing the public and it shows. Karen has excellent follow-up skills and is a woman-of-her-word. When she says that she is going to do something, she actually does it. She bent over backwards to ensure that my request addressed and never made me feel uneasy about it. At one point, I spoke with Tom, the Regional Manager, and I must say that Public Storages requirement for superb customer service definitely trickles from the top down. Its easy to see why Tom has excelled to the position that he currently holds. He, too, took time out of his very busy day to speak with me regarding my request and within (7) days, my minor concern had been addressed. He resolved my concern quickly and seemed happy to assist me. Karens professionalism, thoroughness, kindness, understanding were some reasons why I opted to rent from this facility. She is definitely an all-around people-person! With Karen onsite, this Public Storage location has definitely "hit it out of the ballpark". I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to ALL of my neighbors, friends and family.

You have an excellent manager there, Karen and her staff. Karen is very professional, yet courteous. This is a quality that you dont see too often in business especially service operations. She and her staff epitomize customer service. They were very helpful and considerate. They go the extra mile for their customers. We are made to feel like friends. I relocated from Washington State to California and by GODs grace was able to find a Public Storage just 3 block from where I was living. Karen always had a smile, and gave you the sense that she really cared about my situation. She also interacts well with her team. She was able to give me tips on the neighborhood and even directed me where I could get shorts as it was hot. I didnt have any shorts that I could wear being from Seattle, not much sun. Overall Karen is an excellent manager. You do well to promote her, and make her as an example of how to service customers. Her staff during make rental was Jules, Jocelyn, and Adriana Thank you

Unfortunately this store or this company in general is the best thing for stealing money and wasting time. Dont think their strong scurity system is there to secure your stuff! The insurance will take care of it. Its just to force you paying extra charges when you realizes that theres something wrong with your bill. Its just happened to me when I discovered that the $1 you pay ass first month cost is just discount of my bill. Plus they changed my unit reservation by ONLINE to a normal reservation which theres a different coast. Despite of all my calls to the customer service they just waved the late charge which is $20. Last thing, I really disappointed their mangers because they were dishonest and specially Jaime. She called me an ass h*** because I argued with her about wasting my time for almost 3 hours. MOST OF THE HIGH REVIEWS AND RATES HERE BECAUSE THE MANGERS ASK YOU FOR IT IN NICE WAY, JUST SEE HOW MANY REVIEW HAVE NAMES AND YOU WILL KNOW.

I am student , i went to rent a storage unit last week I didnt know what I need or what I was doing , I went to this public storage and Vanessa help me a lot because I didnt know what size I need since I am leaving to my country for a couple of month Vanessa told that this a very secure property and that they do check the units every day to make sure that they are secure she show me a couple of units to make sure I was satisfied with the size , thank you Vanessa for all your help i will give this property a 5 star service and Juliana did the paper work since Vanessa wasnt there shes very nice as well . Thank you for all your help !

I was looking for a temporary storage place. Juan was friendly and very knowledgeable in explaining the units available and the benefits of the various services such as hours, push carts, packing materials, locks, etc. Juan also provided information on insurance, listened carefully to our needs and helped us to make a decision. He made sure that we understood how to get in and out and assured us that we could call if there were any further questions. Overall, Juan made our rental easy!

Karen at the Granada facility was so helpful and professional.Im really pleased with the unit I rented and the service I received. I would strongly recommend visiting Karen at the Granada Hills, Ca. location for all your storage needs. I have a unit here already, but this time the service was better than before. Karen also searched for a unit close to the one I already have to make it easier for me to move my things to the new unit.

Ive had my personal belongings stored here in Granada Hills for the past 8 years and Ive never had any problems. I came by to make a payment yesterday being the last day and end of month. I got to the storage and realized my wife had my ATM card and it was close to closing time. Juliana was very understanding and gave me the time for my wife to arrive. Payment was made and I am very grateful to her and public storage.

Jessica helped us with all our questions and was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole unit rental process. She took the time get to know our needs and made the perfect recommendation because she actually listened. Even though we are only renting for 1 month, if I ever needed a storage facility in the future, it would be the Granada Hills PS.... and referrals will be sent to Jessica from here on out.

I absolutely love this Public Storage. I come here to make payments of another unit I have in another state. Elizabeth is so friendly and helpful, you feel like a person and not just a number. It feels good to make a payment and receive a smile instead of a frown. Most payment centers wont even take a minute to say "Hi". I have had Public Storage since 2005 and I truly love the way they do business.

I went to pay my rent today, and Penny and Hector were so prompt and helpful! They made everything a breeze! I am very happy with the storage at this location, it is very secure, and is kept clean, I have never seen a mess in all of the years that I have been there. I think that if you need to store items this is the place to go, and have and will recommend it to all those that I know!

This facility is the best!!! Great manager - Karen, adore her! Always pleasant and cheerful. Elizabeth is so sweet, and also interacts with customers in a professional manner. If you ever need a facility to store those eye sores - called boxes and stuff, then hurry on down to Public Storage where Karen, Elizabeth and staff will greet you with smiles and pleasantries.
