It was recently brought to my attention that this facility could use a review, so I said, I would be happy to write a review myself, just like that, no hesitation. I thought for such a recent customer of extra space storage should it be me? Yes I have already such an interesting first part of my experience with them and recent or not I am a customer. I began to ponder all of this. I went online thinking alright piece of cake or whatever your favorite treat is:) Then I read an example of a review, Boring! With this said, I will share my opinion of this facility as of thus far. I like that it is actually clean. I like walking in and there is cold water, A clean restroom available. I am always greeted when I come through the doors, even if there is another customer already there being helped, I am acknowledged. The access hours are convenient. There is even a complimentary four wheel dolly to use where storage unit is located. Thank you extra space for thinking of this, it gives a person the ability to move multiple items at once, not having to rent, purchase or bring your own helpful item with you, dolly or husband:) with every visit. This saves time and energy, a compliment to serving, giving each experience something one might not dread as much, lets face it knowing you are in route just to load and unload may feel exhausting just thinking about it, let alone following through, well at least for me, exhausting. I close with this, If you are in the market for a storage unit, why not check this facility out you may find yourself being the next one writing a review. You may even like me find it difficult to just compliment and close. Even renting a storage unit is a piece of ones personal journey. One might think this odd or ridiculous to consider when considering their journey, Is it? :) 5 stars and climbing public storage located @ 21536 Devonshire street, Chatsworth, ca.91311. For many reasons, you might be surprised. Not all of my reasons may be what one might think,More than just safe and clean. Check them out. You may find there meant to be a part of your personal journey. What reasons might be waiting for you to be the next one happy, willing to write a review.

I am in disbelief that a storage facility could be run in such a professional manner. Guillermo Canales treats his customers with the utmost dignity, respect, and has an overall attitude of being of service. Anytime I need to call Extra Space Storage I know I need to talk to Guillermo to get things done. I dont really need to call them though because theres never any issues. The place is always in immaculate condition, never any issues with accessing the place, the hours are great, and its nice to see a friendly face when youre going through your crap in 100 degree weather! As long as I live in the area I will always use them for my storage needs.

This place is fantastic! Every time I come here to get access into my companys off-site storage units Im always greeted with kindness and positivity. Customer service is top notch here whether its a friendly hello or answering any and all questions. Getting in and out of the gate is always a breeze, and they offer plenty of different sizes and types of storage units! We just cleared one of our units out and the termination process in person couldnt have been easier. My company enjoys doing business with this location!

Manager is Frank , Assistant Manager Guillermo, they provide great service between the both of them and are very helpful. Extra Space Storage use to provide 6 month and 1 year lease in the past and was one of the reasons why I signed up. I would like to see this come back. Prices seem to be equal in the industry, but I would like to see lower more competitive pricing. I have been a customer for 2 years and will continue until I no longer need storage. I recommend this location to anyone who needs storage!

My experience with Guillermo Canales has been OUTSTANDING!!!! When I first met him he was/is very professional and honest answering all my questions and getting me the best rate that was available for the unit(s) I needed. He is an asset to the company and his Manager Dan is the BEST!!!! Calling me and making sure everything is OK and taking care of any concerns or issues I have, they are the BEST!!!! Demitrius was very punctual and professional and thanks to his awesome service, he made the move in process very smooth and easy. He has only been working at this location for two months yet it seemed as if he was working there for a couple years. Will definitely be coming back here for any of our storage needs and I recommend this location for its cleanliness, convenience and friendly staffs! Thank you for a great experience!

I used to use self-storage at the ExtraSpace location in Sylmar. This one is my new favorite!! Demetrius at this location was very helpful and prompt. He gave me a site tour/walk-through and gave me all of my options. He had me in and out in just 15 minutes! Best service ever received was at this location. Diana- this kid deserves a promotion/raise!! He went above and beyond for me. Congrats Demetrius!!~

The aisle ways are always clean and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist you if you have any questions. ExtraSpace Storage is great. Upon arriving, the employee, Sue who helped us, made the experience easy and convenient. She had a full understanding of the options available for my storage needs and was incredibly friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a unit in under 20 minutes which was great. I recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

Place is clean. Dan is straight forward and tells you everything up front. Hours are awesome. I almost went somewhere else. I thought I was getting a better deal at a competitive company. There were hidden fees that this other company did not tell me about. This place gave me a straight break down on everything which I find out was a better deal. I highly recommend this location.
