A couple of years ago, I had to move out of my apartment rather quickly, as I had no place to leave my stuff and couldnt get it out until the last minute. Complicating matters was the fact I was searching for a storage unit the day before Thanksgiving. After finding none open, I luckily came across Ace Self Storage. Not only were they a life saver, being the only storage business that was open late the day before a holiday, they turned out to be a great place to do business with regardless. The facilities are clean and easily accessible, yet secure. They are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and personable. They are very reasonably priced, provide fair policies and a sense of security. Overall, they are extremely pleasant, easy to deal with, and I feel my property is as safe as can possibly be thanks to their professionalism and services. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of storage facilities.

My husband and I have had a unit here for almost two years and have never had a problem. The office and the units are clean and secure. The manager is on site 24/7 which is a nice perk for that extra layer of security, and they have security cameras everywhere. Ace takes your satisfaction seriously and it shows. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are very accommodating. Our move took a lot longer than originally anticipated and Nina was so sweet and stayed late to make sure we could access our unit. Prices in California for storage is high to begin with, but Ace is certainly not too high or too low compared to others in the area, but you cant beat the facility and especially the staff! My sister has a unit here too! We highly recommend Ace Storage!

Due to the limited space we have to store our Holiday decorations we searched 4 plus storage facilities in our local area. We ended up with using the Ace self storage on Tierra Rejada Rd in Simi Valley ca. When we explained our concern as these were our famlies memories the staff was so kind and assured us not to worry. The units were clean. The property was secured. And the price was the best we found as well as the unit was larger then others for a lower price. This Ace is located in a very nice area, so we expected the price to be higher, but as it stands it was if not the same then lower then the others we checked out. I would deffinately recommend this to anyone. James M

I have used other storage facilities before and I love this one! It is CLEAN and I always feel SAFE when I got to access my unit. It is well lit, there is always a cart in the elevator for use and music playing in the halls. The staff is so nice! Nina is always on her A-game! My boyfriend broke the lock on my unit and she had it fixed in no time! My only complaint would be the access hours, sometimes they just arent always convenient for me.

#CU111 ..Ive been pleasantly suprised with how well this facility is run and what it has to offer compared to others Ive rented. the grounds and insides are spotless and temperature control is great feature for upstairs.. I was surprised to always find a freight cart at elevator and the ease of entering and leaving is great. The security, with supplied locks and cameras seems very secure.. Very saisfied.

The location is central to both Moorpark and Simi Valley with easy in and out access. I shopped three storage facilities nearest my Wood Ranch home and moved into ACE three months ago.. Wow! They have have more than lived up to what they seemed to be on the front end. Compared to the big national branded facilities that I was moving from and the ones that I shopped it is like night and day. Ace is clean, easily accessed and best of all the staff is friendly and helpful in every way.

The ladies that work here are very nice and accommodating and they are there to help. From the time that I started my rental till the time that I ended my rental, which was very recently, the ladies have been so great. They make you feel like family and there are there to help in any way that they can. If I need a storage in the future, I will be coming back to ACE.

I moved here from MO and needed some extra storage space, which I found at ACE. Great move in rate! I have had storage units elsewhere and nothing has been as nice as these. Very clean, well lit, secure, has music playing throughout, and they provide the lock. The manager was very helpful and courteous. I am definitely a fan of ACE here in Simi Valley.

You dont need to worry about it being broken into because it is very secure. There is also an elevator and carts which makes it really easy when putting your things in storage.
