Also the friendly and courteous staff Walter and Alex, always very professional, friendly and helpful with a positive attitude. Theres nothing negative about this place and 100 % would recommend it to everyone. Walter, Thank you very much for all your assistance during the rental of the unit. My girlfriend and I needed some storage and decided to give this place a shot. They have better rates than the competitors in the area so why not? Well not only did they have great rates, but when we went to sign up they had the most amazing service you could ask for. I HATE moving but Walt made the experience way better. I would recommend Storage etc. (woodland hills) to anyone looking for a storage unit.

This is my first use of a storage unit. The manager who helped me Walt was helpful, clear on the process, and security of the facility. He was funny and I returned the humor back to him. The 5 x 5 is big enough and I got the lower web rate. I was clean, and they use cameras to track who comes and goes so it has two levels of entry code for access

I purchased some moving supplies from the tall Latin guy, Alex I believe, on several occasions. He takes his time with me and makes me feel like he has genuine concern about me buying the right product. He even helped me carry my large boxes to my car. I will be back as I always am, and this place definitely has my recommendation.
