Its rare that I leave a review, but I cant thank Martin enough for coming to my rescue last week. I was such a nightmare of a customer, and never once did he complain, or show any signs of an attitude. Trust me, he would have had good reason. Each time I called him throughout the day to update him on my status , he reassured me that he would do everything he could to assist me. Once I "finally" arrived at the facility, he greeted me with a smile. Thank you Martin for your patience, and amazing customer service! You made a difficult day so much better!

Worst experience ever! My reservation told me my storage would be on second floor in an air condioned unit and very accessible and convenient. Only to find myself in a very narrow hallway making it very difficult to move my things in & to find my storage very far from any elevator. The worst part was during all of this was the building was not air conditioned, i almost fainted numerous times because of the lack of air flow in the building. The fans i spotted in the ceilings did not work. I recommend everyone to stick to public storage!

What was to be a 6-month rental has turned into almost 4 years -- I have never had a problem; never concerned about my personal items - everything looks the way it did 6 months ago. Clean, safe. If I need to put something in, take something out I know I can feel safe doing so. From day one StorQuest staff have been good to me and my father; always helpful, always cheerful -- since I started with auto-pay the only downside is I miss talking with them! Great people, great place!

Martin provided exceptional customer service which far exceeded my expectations! He called and followed up with me after I made a reservation and showed me multiple units until I found what I needed! Above all I had a payment error with my bank and he waited patiently and even assisted past business hours. The companys digital system and software which creates the lease is user friendly and fast! This is a great place to store ur belongings!

Reserved a space on-line, got a timely callback to confirm move-in date, and moved in easily and efficiently. Paperwork was quick and mostly electronic, and the guys were accommodating about my movers getting started while I was still getting the paperwork done. Very helpful, courteous and informative.

I was really surprised by the staff. They were awesome to work with. They provided me with a unit that was much larger than I thought anyone had, and they are reasonably priced. A great combination. Highly recommend StorQuest if you need storage.

People are very friendly and helpful. But size are not completely corrects. 2 I visited where shorter than expected (9.5x14.8 instead of 10x16):i was supposed to fit 12 pallets, only 8 fit in it !
