I went in about 2 weeks ago to get a unit. Not expecting much after all it is a storage facility. I spoke with Marcos and was pleasantly surprised! He was very nice and extremely helpful. He showed me around and was very accommodating. I was like most very stressed and under pressure to figure things out and Marcos calmed me and took the stress away. He had a lot of knowledge of storage units, which yes I was asking is "Storage Wars Staged" LOL! Got a great unit and top notch service. The place is clean and secure. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to store things in the Sherman Oaks area.

Was going through one of the worst time of my life, no job, no home and everything I own was put in a storage but God send me an angel called MARCO who is humble and very professional he make sure he called and emailed and me and every time Im about to go in auction, with him not knowing what I was going through , glory goes to God finally got back on my feet got all my stuff out After 2yrs thanks to MARCO to have me fight harder, they dont treat u like a unit they treat u like a customer regardless of whats ur situation is very professional.THE BEST STORAGE IN SHERMAN OAKS!!! THANK U SO MUCH MARCO!!!

Let me just tell how happy Im to use this public storage! The location is great! The manager Marcos always there for you if you need assistance or help with something! I had a problem with accessing storage which was my own fault and they resolved the within 2 hours, which usually takes up to 5-6 days! It saved our family holiday, because I needed access to holiday decorations that very day! Highly recommend this location! Service is always on the top! And kind cooperation is there to assist any of your problems!

Excellent experience here! Marcos went above and beyond when it came to helping me store my belongings. He literally helped us move for 1 hr. I am so grateful for people like him. I am extremely satisfied with his efforts and his commitment to helping people. He is a very genuine person and he shines. I am thrilled with Public Storage bc they were very helpful on the phone when I first called and Marcos sealed the deal when he went above and beyond to help us! I definitely recommend this location!

Marcos the property manager was incredibly patient with me even after I had to reschedule several times and I no-showed twice. Best storage property manager I have ever dealt with. That said, I would NOT recommend the Public Storage in Sylmar on 16045 Foothill Blvd. They said they had a unit for me reserved and when I got there, said it was unavailable and insisted they called me the day prior to let me know it was not available. I never got a call and it screwed my day. But MAN does Marcos rock!

I dont know who is giving them 5 star reviews, too many 5 stars is a red flag and I regret doing business with them. Believe me if you need longer term storage, beware they raise their prices after six months and then monthly. I have a small space for $124 per month, after six months they increased to $183 per month and since I am on auto payment it has been nearly impossible to cancel the charges. There are better long term storage solutions! Would not rent from them again.

Marcos who helped me out was fantastic, very helpful, quick to get me in and out and no BS. Great unit and clean well kept facility. The only compliant would be the added insurance. If they dont give you a choice then they need to just include it in the total cost. Ridiculous that they tell you here is the insurance cost and oh, btw, you dont have a choice on the minimum insurance so really we lied about the cost for the unit...really?

I had rent at other storage facilities. I decided to finally try Public storage I originally was suppose to be there 3 days from now but I decided to come ahead of time. Facility is well kept and clean me and my friend loved the space she was renting for a while so it had to be just right. Ruby attended us she was amazing great and friendly girl she made us feel that we made a great choice choosing public storage.

Fantastic property, clean and well taken care of. Staff is always friendly when I visit. One issue that needs to be fixed is the bathroom toilet seat. That has been broken for awhile and needs to be fixed. Staff at this property is amazing. Marcos is very helpful and Cynthia was a great help, very helpful and very genuine and welcoming. Love coming here and dealing with the great staff. Thanks!

We had a great deal of help from Marco at Public Storage when we needed to move my boyfriends car into storage just recently for a couple of months! He was very patient with us and was able to answer some questions in my boyfriends native language- Portuguese. This was VERY helpful. Great customer service and a very convenient location.

Im glad that after going to different storage places, i get to come a facility with friendly workers. Ive gone to other properties (NOT public storage) and been met by not you most friendliest workers. But Alejandra is awesome public storage did a great job hiring her. Definitely recommend her and facility as well

Marcos from the start was always professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. Perfect customer service and couldnt have dealt with a better individual. Only thing I would advise is to keep a trash bin on every floor on the facility and the prices should not go up the longer one stays. Davix
