The guy in charge of this location is incredibly rude. A father and son manage this location. The son seemed to be a reasonable guy, but the father was the worst manager Ive ever seen. We had a reservation for a 15 foot truck. When we got there, we just asked the guy if a larger truck was available, and he started screaming at us. It only got worse from there. We asked about the timeline for returning the truck, and he started screaming again. We had a reservation for 2 dozen furniture pads. They did not have any. The son at least tried to help, started calling other locations to see if they had any available, the father was just rude and told us we had made the reservation with u-haul, and it doesnt matter what we reserved because they were out of pads. I had made the reservation 5 days in advance, that should have been enough time to make sure they were ready for what their customer had reserved. The customer service was really poor, and I would never go back to this location every again.

I have had more than a few problems with Shawn. Also, they wont take credit cards, wont setup automatic charges to a bank account, and are generally stuck a decade or two behind the times. Their prices may be better than others, but stay away if youre looking for a trouble-free storage solution. DO NOT, under any circumstances, do business with this company. I have several neighbors who have also used this place, and have since left due to numerous problems, particularly with Shawn. If youre looking for a professional company, clean warehouse, helpful management, and anything you generally value in a place you spend your hard-earned money, pay the small premium for a name-brand self-storage company. Learn from my mistakes...

I have problem with the manager and the stupid prices. The late fee they charge ( which i dont know if its legal) is really stupid. They may rent you a unit with a good price, but if you dont pay on the due date, they charge you 10 dollas more and every 5 days after that they charge $10 more. is this legall? God knows who owns this storage. but whoever is that, one of the sharks in this business. I DO NOT Recommend this place to ANYBODY......... Beside The manager is really an asssss.........

I rented a uhaul from this location and the staff is so rude! I rent uhauls weekly and this place is by far the worst in customer service!

Reservations should be able to made free no charge and what this a 25 ad min public storage is cheaper with no charge for reserving wtf...

Ive had quiet the opposite experience here. Staff is friendly. They answer the phone. The hours are OK.
