I have rented from Storage Etc. for MANY years, back when it was known as Public Storage. I have had a very positive experience all these years. The staff, including Dora and Martin are as kind as they are efficient. They give customers that friendly, personal assistance that you dont see in most businesses these days. They go the extra mile by helping me stay on top of my payments via reminder phone calls. I could not ask for better customer service. I appreciate the clean and safe grounds, and I have always felt my belongings are safe at this location. This is truly a five star business and I recommend this location to anyone who needs storage.

Awesome and friendly service from the Management and staff! The manager ( I believe her name is Dora) is very helpful and so kind. She really helped me find the right size unit at a great price! I almost went with a smaller unit but thanks to the staff I chose a slightly bigger storage unit and thankfully I did because I would have ran out of room! I have a lot of stuff after all haha. Thanks guys youre the best!

I have rented with other facilities in the past and this one is by far the nicest and has good lighting, a person at all times staying there so its very secure, and a good security system plus lots of cameras. I had a lot of expensive equipment there and felt good knowing it was in great hands with them. A lady named Dora (I believe that is her name) has helped me and got me a great deal on my unit.

Homeless people sleeping in bushes outside and RV vagabonds on Deering Court... I lived right across the street for 5 years at the other storage place at 8050 Deering... I knew manager who USED to work there when it was Public Storage...that place had a CONSTANT rodent infestation problem...

Dora and Cassandra are always so pleasant and have wonderful customer service skills each and every time I see them. I have had a few other storage rentals in the past, but this place is by far the best place. It is always clean and well maintained. Very happy with Storage etc.

I came here looking for for a storage unit that I will need sometime in the next month and was very pleased with the appearance of the facility and love the fact that the first thing you see when you walk in the office is their security cameras that is a big plus for me!

Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have their belongings centrally located to the valley. Very nice employees. They even have a rental truck you can use thats free up to a certain distance. Manager Dora is a very sweet lady. A+ all the way.

The manager is great, good customer service. You get friendly reminders to make sure that your not late, which is really helpful! Nice and clean facility with good gate hours and we get same hours on holidays!! Love Storage Etc...

I love this spot to the max! They have a free moving truck that you use to load and unload ur stuff. Pretty nifty. Really cool grounds keeper and the lady in the front Dorra is the greatest. I would rent again here.
