I just got off the phone with a pretty rude employee. I saw the shop opens at 7:30 so I call at 8 and after abruptly asking what I needed he cut me off after a few words and said he cant give me an estimate and the boss wont be there until 9:30 to do so. I hadnt mentioned price, I just needed to know if its something that can usually be done same day or that I need to schedule. He cut me off again saying in an even ruder tone that he cant tell me anything about scheduling until the boss is there. I told him never mind Ill find another place. Not a big deal, but his attitude definitely cost the business a repeat customer and I thought that was worth mentioning. I just moved close by and looking for a new shop to consistently go to. Stuff like this makes a difference in the long run... hope this review reaches the appropriate person so they can talk to the employees about customer service.

Honesty, quality work and great prices describe this auto repair shop! I have been going to Expert Auto for about three years. I brought my car to the shop thinking the master brake cylinder out! Sly indicated that it was a hose that had come off....he did not charge me since it was a minor item. He could have easily charged for a master cylinder and I would have never been the wiser. The AAA recommendation is what originally brought me in since they go thru an intensive approval process and with a AAA card you get a 10% discount.

Sly and Mike are the best of all. I have been taking my car to them for more than ten years and never been disappointed. The longer you take your vehicle to them, the better they get to know it. Fair prices, prompt service, straightforward and professional yet personable. Be sure to mention if youre a AAA member. One caveat: they dont sell nor install tires but they do everything else.Cant say enough good things about Expert Auto Care.

They have always taken care of my Ford. I have refered many friends there and they have all been happy too. They are a no non-sense place that is fairly priced and easy to work with. Basically, when I have a problem with my car they are the only place I call!
