Awful!!!!! They tried to return two packages I mailed certified. I wasnt home so they left a note stating I had 15 days to pick up the packages. I tried to pick up my packaged on day 11. Three employees, including a supervisor Sharif Estes, told me the packages had been returned to the sender. I explained to each person that I was the sender and wanted the packages. The supervisor told me IF the packages surfaced he would call me. I asked about if they didnt. He gave me a number to call. The next day when I called I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes then he asked me why I hadnt tracked the packages on line. So now I should do his job? The following Monday I called again this time I was on hold for over 20 minutes! Ridiculous, I am suppose to trust these people with my legal documents to keep my child safe? I dont think so. I will NOT be using this post office ever again!!!

I ordered 2 packages from the same company in England that were similar in size. The one that went through ISC Chicago was delivered last week. All I gedt from Elk Grove is its transit to your address. I could have walked the package from Elk Grove to my home in a week. Call them and they say call the local post office. Its amazing ,mail gets delivered at all

I moved, all my mail went to the wrong address. Lady at old address gave them my mail, made sure it had a forwaring address but i still dont have my package, its been weeks. So much for my $100 xmas gift, guess they kept it???!!! I tried to call no one answers. I live 2 hours away now. Do i really have to go there to find out what happened to my xmas gift?

I had a box of quail chicks mailed to me with a priority of 2 days. The chicks arrived on day 4. 90 chicks out of 100 died due to lack of water and food. They were needlessly killed due to USPS incompetence of not doing what they were paid to do - deliver in two days.

the employees are not people friendly. when ask question they look at you like you did something wrong to them. gave short answer. did not explain. I just say ok and walked out. dont waste your time and gas to go there.

Excellent experience with this post office. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And I never had a problem with my package being delivered to my house. I highly recommend this place. :)

They leave the phone unhooked on purpose, poor management and service. I dont know why people who dont want to do their jobs are hired or put in positions of power in places like this.

Worst post office in the US have had numerous issues with this post office. Was expecting an important package today and instead of shipping it to my house its sent to another state.

Inefficient, unhelpful, cannot process a refund for a P.O. Box order, made online, but they cant online either. If I could purchase a box from UPS or another place I would.

They literally leave the phone off the hook to avoid all phone calls. I saw the lady pick up the phone and set it on the desk and go back to "helping customers"
