have to give a star to post but I would give them negative stars if i could. The people who work here makes me want to pay for a po box. They do not care about getting the mail to the right person. I know this because this been happening for months now. People leave my mail under my doormat, ring my door bell saying this is your mail do you have mine. Last month our mailbox key slot got jammed so the mail person could not leave any of our mail, week has gone and nothing so i went to the post office and they was like oh year something is in the key slot so we can not open it. I ask how long will it take to fix since I do not have a car and this place is on the other side of town where i leave on the other side. they had no idea when it will be fix, each week i ask and they say we wont know till day of , or i get we wont dont know till a day or so before or my favorite no idea. Even when they dont have to put the mail in bins for the truck I still seem to get other people name. The person who sorts them does not look at the number or the name of the mail. I know this because there is Agu for my name than a street over the other person last name is Aga and our numbers total different. I been trying to find out where a birthday card that got mailed to me last Monday and i seem not to get a hold of anyone. I called at 10 when they say they open and it rang and rang than finally it transfer to someone line the head of customer service couldnt leave a voicemail since it is full. That person is for sure not doing there job. I am still trying to call them since they do not close till 4 pm today. No luck. I will be going in tomorrow i will be waiting for the person who suppose to open the post office and getting to the bottom of this.

If you want your packages lost, then want a 50+ yr.white brain dead male scream at you, leer at you, and throw profanities at you - make sure you ask for "Ian," the 511" nutjob is either on the wrong meds, off his meds or is mentally brain dead - he has the mental capacity of a 3 yr. old at the most, if even, no actually, not even, getting paid on your tax payer dollars but swearing, insulting, and terrorizing customers. How did a confrontational, unprofessional - understatement of the century, insane, loser, scum, bottom feeding sewer rat pass the exam to get on the payroll is the question you have to ask yourself? USPS has no standards - never have they equipped themselves with honest, professional, capable staff - to do the same redundant task over and over and over for chrissakes...and they STILL SCREW IT UP EVERY DAY. IMAGINE THAT! SAME, TASK, DAY. AFTER. DAY. AFTER. DAY SUCH A STRESSFUL PRESSURIZED DRAIN ON INTELLECT AND CREATIVITY I KNOW - would you still have your job if you screwed up the same damn task a trillion times, even tho its the UH, SAME DAMMMMMM TASK WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED ?! no einstein IQ is needed here. usps must work w/ all their eyes closed and of course have their hands out demanding steep pensions for the rest of their useless worthless lives when its all over and all your crap are lost, missing, and damaged.

If I could give a negative star I would. Ive now been waiting over two weeks for them to re-key a lock so that I can get into my new mailbox and get my mail. Theyve told me that "she" is busy and it might be another week. Three weeks with no access to my mail seems acceptable to them. Absolutely unreal.

Ive been trying to call to talk to a supervisor about the mailmen in my neighborhood speeding. If it was just a little above the speed limit it wouldnt be an issue BUT its close to 50 and around a park where lots of kids play!!! Someone here needs to answer their phone!!!

Hours of this place are a joke 10-4 on weekdays how am I supposed to get my mail with a job. Been in a new house for 4 months and they still wont deliver to the mailbox.

My mail was placed in someone else mail box so I had to call and find it but the employees were really nice about it and found it. Hey mistakes happen we are human.
