If I could give less than 1 star I would! I called because my package was RTS (returned to shipper) from USPS and spoke to a very rude man who cut me off multiple times and treated me like I was an crazy customer. I just wanted to know how come my package was RST and before I could complete my sentence he responded at me like I was being irate. I worked for FedEx in QA; I was the one finding your undeliverable addresses, correcting them so they could be delivered on time and getting yelled at at 6 in the morning trying to get info from customers so they could get their packages. I dont disrespect customer service workers because ITS NOT THEIR FAULT... so please do the same and take the time to listen to customers before you write them off as another angry customer.

This is the main post office in Oroville and it is a historic building. The only parking is on the street. There are mailboxes on either side of the street in front of the post office to drop off your outgoing mail. There is also a mailbox on Huntoon. You can drive right up to it and drop the mail and because its a one way street . That is very convenient. Theres a flight of stairs leading up to the building but there is also a handicap ramp and a button to push on the heavy entrance doors so that they will automatically open. However there is usually a wait so be prepared for that. When Ive been there the waiting time has been between a few minutes and 10 minutes.

I think the customers who work with our postal service team on a daily bases need to let the community know they are dependable, hard working, customer oriented people and we are very thankful for them. They process our deliveries quickly with precision everyday (holidays are not a picnic for them). Please be patient when waiting in line. Their is much more going on at the post office then what you see at the front counter. Keep up the great work. We depend on you and appreciate all that you do! Keep smiling!

The post office is a joke, any other company would be out of business if they treated there customers like the didnt need them. There was a line of ten people waiting for the lobby to open, and the workers ( I use the term lightly) just stood around talking, (not a care). Finally I had to knock on the window. I under stand, if you are scheduled to open at 8:30am you can wait until 8:30am. But when you wait tell 8:35am and you are just standing and talking, that is just rude.

If I could choose a negative star, I would. I checked my tracking and said I had a package that was tried to deliver and a notice was left. I was home all day and no package, no mail and no notice.

US post office- I put my mail on hold for a month at the post office and they didnt hold one piece of mail. It all went to an address I cant access. So there goes a 500.09 money order. Wow

you guys suck, the only reason your still in business is that you are a monopoly and the government wont allow anybody else deliver the mail. Ben Franklin is rolling over in his grave !
