The very old woman who works at this location is sweet. But theres another woman, in her 40s, who is INCREDIBLY rude. Shes so rude that I dont go to that post office anymore based solely on her power trip attitude. For example, once I was short on my postage by one ounce for one package. Her suggestion was to go all the way back to my work 30 miles away, file a cancellation of the postage and then come back when its correct. I suggested she add one stamp instead and reluctantly she did. And then she accused me of mis-weighing the package on purpose. She purposely wastes peoples time just because she can, HORRIBLE. Even if youre just dropping off something, expect her to throw herself around because she has to help you and yell at you for whatever reason she can find. How do people like this get hired for customer service jobs in the first place???
