Excellent service today by Kevin at the Orangevale Post Office! We had to secure three passports and the experience was much better than any I have received at other service locations. He was quick and courteous throughout our visit. While there we were able to experience a genuine respect and congeniality by Kevin and other postal workers to all patrons who were there. Keep up the great work!

I hate to say it, but after using this post office for the last 15 years, its time for it to go away, and all the worthless employees sent to the dump! You cant even get them to pick up the phone, the recording says were closed, all the time. This is no time to support poor performance, and lack of energy. These people are just plain lazy!

Like most people, this is a once a year visit if that? Oh man is it ever slow. If feels like the DMV in slow motion with a ton less people? No wonder UPS is kicking its ass. They are always nice but thats pretty much it. Parking is wide open. Location is great. Have fun with your visit.

A warning: I have a high suspicion that my friends items were stolen from one of the postal workers here, after she complimented on the item I was packaging. When it arrived, the box had been received in the city damaged and ripped open. If I were you, I would go somewhere else.

The staff at this post office is very friendly and helpful. All post office will have lines sometimes, but they handle it very well. I have never had any problems here.
