They failed to pick up my outgoing mail a couple months ago, even though the flag was clearly up. I didnt worry too much about it at the time (though I dont try to mail from my mailbox anymore). After the latest problem, however, Im upset. I had something that needed to be mailed ASAP, and only about 35 miles from here. I went by the post office Friday afternoon (Well before the posted cut off time) and dropped it in the blue collection box right outside the P.O. door. They didnt ship it out Friday like they should have. Then they didnt even ship it Saturday! It didnt leave the San Juan bautista P.O. until midday Monday... almost 72 hours after it should have left the facility. There is no excuse for this except a poorly managed P.O. with lazy uncaring workers. I am not comfortable mailing anything from my own town anymore.

this post office cant even figure out a change of address . They sent my package to my old house then did the absolute minimal amount of effort to get it back! Then the cashier sassed me because I was upset! Of course I was upset the lost my package ! Terrible customer service but it doesnt suprise me!

The ladies are kind but can have attitudes for no reason and they give off a weird vibe like you dont want to talk to them but theyre pretty helpful
