I dont want to give a star to this post office for the service they provide for passport services. No information on how they operate any where online, onsite (at postoffice) or nobody give you proper answers onsite. You call to the phone number mentioned, you listen to automated voice with some instructions, wait, Dont hangup, you have to wait to transfer the call to the reception, now no body lifts the phone to answer your questions, now cut the line. Today I visited the postoffice, there is a big queue waiting outside passport room. I also queued up, may be 41st or 42nd person. Queue is moving very slow, (It can teach lessons to Turtle family on how to move much slower), waited and waited for 30 mins to move 3 spots front. Eventually I observed some of the mob holding pink slips with numbers written on them. I inquired what they are, came to know they were issued at 7:30am in the morning to get the passports, they issue only 30 a day. Shock. What to do now? I went to the other queue to ask about what next, guess what. A Chinese lady(at least she answered, nobody else are there to answer), She didnt answered properly to my questions. She knows only 2 sentences, 30 tokens a day, morning around 8 and at 12pm they issues tokens. Noting much nothing less. Its a waste of time for almost 2hrs. Does anybody tells us about the token system, a big "NO", do they have a sign board yelling it, a big "NO", do they have it on their website, a big "NO", do they answer their phone, a big "NO", Why we have to pay the processing fees for these people.

Ive lived in my new home for almost three months and have been having trouble receiving my mail. I am not receiving three of my bills, correspondence from relatives, or two agencies that I receive payments from. I changed my address with all of those people and have forwarding set up from my old address. I called the helpline and they set up an "investigation" that was to be completed in 48 hours. Ten days later, I still hadnt heard back from them, so I called directly. I also tried to get them to set up a PO Box for me until they fixed the problem. I spoke with Maria Santos, who was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever spoken to. She said that they don’t do PO Boxes and I’d have to go there to apply for one. She accused me of lying about the problem as well as saying it is not their fault and the SIX different agencies trying to send me mail were all lying to me. I then asked for her supervisor, who conveniently wasn’t available. She asked for my phone number, and I asked if they had it on file, since she was supposedly looking at my open claim ticket. She then said, well if we already have it, then goodbye, and then hung up! Maybe she thought I was just trying to get a free PO Box. Believe me, I just want my mail to work.

nightmare, incompetent, rude, useless workers there. they lose your packages often. if you call...good luck, your phone will be ringing until your phone fossilizes past its radioactive half life...still no answer. if "veronica" answers she will yell, blame, scream and just all around mentally deranged worker who abuses anyone that has to deal with them, unfortunately they will lose your packages and letters then curse at you for THEM losing and damaging YOUR stuff. The front desk is an old 60s black woman wears glasses - always rude, angry constipation look. 50s indian woman and 50s 50" filipino woman...ON PURPOSE will slowwww down and dragggg out any task to make you wait as longggggg as posssssible so you dont go back for business and they have less to do. Expect a 5 min. transaction to take 35 min. you can see they refuse to move then pretend to go to backroom...never return. they go on indefinite breaks. The absolute worst TOXIC horror show is a man "Moe" 50s wears glasses 55" - really ANGRY, hostile, rude as he**, combative, and will start a confrontation with you as his hobby - hes a VIOLENT expired PSYCHO BASKETCASE just straight from the NUT house out to ATTACK you.

First, I am a mail carrier out of Tracy, so I know how the offices are supposed to be run. This place is dirty and very under stocked. This is Fremont and the Post Offices here are lousy, outdated, and inconvenient. I went to the Dusterberry Way location and found the office closes early compared to Tracy. Next, one of the self serve kiosks down. Then I find out there is very little stock for shipping boxes and no stock for Priority Envelopes. Then after paying for my label with the prepaid stamp, I ask one of the clerks if it will still go out today, especially since I am paying PRIOITY. She assures me yes, twice. As soon as I place the envelope in the receptical, the clerk then tells me the truck leaves at 6:00 The Post Office is trying to switch to delivering more parcels because of the mail volume going down. I say use UPS, FedEx or any other Parcel Carrier service. AND I DARE THE POSTMASTER TO CALL MY POSTMASTER. My Postmaster knows who I am

I had a very good experience at this post office when I went for applying passport for my 3 week old son. You cannot expect much since this is a govt office and very less staff. But the Only Passport lady officer was very polite and nice. P.S. They provide photograph service but not for infant. Advice if you are applying for infant passport, Please carry the photograph done by professional. They only process 30-40 applications in a day, so plan accordingly. And if you want a guaranteed spot in the day, be there by 7:45AM max. We were not carrying a professional photograph when we reach there, but the lady was so nice that she gave us a photographer address and told us that when you come back the same day I will invite you inside the office, you will not be required to wait. When we came back with the photo she recognized us and call us in as soon as she saw us. It was so nice of her. Special thanks to her.

This week, THREE large packages of mine were "delivered" and were never delivered. One Wed. Sept 24th, and two packages Tues. the 30th. They do a scam operation where they wait until the office is closed and they update "DELIVERED" with a timer hours earlier but never actually deliver. I talked to the supervisor face to face at Dusterberrys USPS, and he said he would deal with it and call me back. I did this twice and no one ever called back. They dont leave slips at the house. Its a big scam operation and its absolutely sad they do this in Fremont. If anyone of you out there has had the same problem, please take it to the authority. More than a couple of people here with these reviews have voiced the same issue with theft from USPS on Dusterberry Way. Try calling them. They wont pick up your phone call. A real supervisor would fire their thieves. Perhaps he himself is one.

bunch of idiots here ...dont go here...when I applied to premium forwarding service , they set it up to forward the mail from my temporary address to permanent address...(just opposite to what I wanted)..... one week...still I am making phone calls to the losers here and waiting to get a definitive answer on what is happening for the forwarding service for which I had paid 75 dollars last week.....I will advice to stay away from this place and also to recomment to close down USPS.....because they are getting lazy when they get 18 dollars an hour and all benefits....should have really paid 8 dollars without benefits...because no better than min wages .......at least they should have called me back once....I already have spoken with 3 diff people and every body would offer to find out information and call back...no luck
