Light Brigade

This is one of the better, cleaner post offices. Most of the people working there are friendly and helpful. And generally the line moves fast. The self serve machine always works. Plenty of parking. Never lost a package or mail. I have been using this post office for over 15 years without a problem. In fact I rather drive up to this one instead of using the ones in downtown. Most of the time its good. When people in this valley manage to create an app without a "bug" in it, then they can complain about the post office or anything else for that matter. Until then, spare us your dull indignations.

Im a regular because its close to my office. Friendly staff, they help you every time with anything they can. No they dont answer the phones, but thats a problem with all usps locations all over the country. One time they even hunted down 2 boxes I sent to a wrong (like doesnt even exist) address, one the found right away and got it delivered, the other took over a month but I got a phone call and they saved it from the realm of lost boxes. I called locations all over the country trying to find this box, only this location owned my problem, only these guys fixed it!

Awful. I had a package shipped to me that was incapable of being delivered to my apartment. Ive called on three separate days this week to get a package delivered, no response when I call 95% of the time. When I finally got through one of the three days, the worker clearly did not know what he was talking about. I have never had to leave a note for a mailman to have a package delivered with the United States Postal Service. To be blunt, I wish I could give negative stars. Flat out terrible service.

This is our local office and we feel lucky to have it. Staff is generally helpful despite very high volume walk-in traffic Saturdays. The facility is showing some signs of wear and the strain of low maintenance budgets...like USPS everywhere. Still, a lot of value for the money actually spent to get something across the country!

They never answer the phone and even when they did,it was put on hold and then hung up. Complained about it to the hotline,then they returned my call saying that they get busy.I suggest you hire someone to attend the calls. I called again today and same case. No use of an apologetic call to me.

Made a passport appointment; arrived in time or a bit earlier; the whole family (6 of us) stood by the window for long; ringing the bell did absolutely nothing; the lady was late - didnt apologize and made us wait even longer; heh, sadly, no surprises here...

Worst post office Ive been to, I always have to argue with them about letting me used my prepaid stamps even though we always find out I AM able to use them, and the drop off box has been broken for a year now its ridiculous

This is one of the better post offices in the area. The only problem is that their overnight dropbox has been broken for the past month. Really crappy and forces me to come during business hours.

Absolutely appalling . good luck if one of their delivery people "is simply in the wrong location when they drop off your package " because you will never see it again. Incompetent

Staff behind the counter are always courteous and polite and never really have issue with the mail delivery. Line can be long at times.
