I agree with the rest. Almost everyone here is rude and dont have any respect for the customers. A lady walks in at 4:59 with three kids beside her and a large package and the Latino looking man tells her they are closed, really!!. You have no heart man, she had three kids with her!! The supervisor here never smiles, always speaks in an aggressive tone to the customers. I would recommend this place to nobody, dont bring your kids here. go to dusterberry, theyre open late and much more friendly. And they have a kiosk, this place is always busy and the workers here are very slow and misplace your mail.

I highly recommend this post office. (We ship antiques all over the country and ship internationally 1 or 2 times a week) Ive found the staff to be reasonably efficient, very thorough, helpful and courteous. I always go in around lunch time and there can be a bit of a line but typically at least 3 cashiers are staffed and they work efficiently. Among the cashiers, Raj Mahal (cool name!) is worth mentioning. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Frank, if I remember his name correctly, is also very patient and helpful. Everyone has been great though.

Just mailed three prepaid international packages here. Had tried Dusterberry but the two clerks over there didnt know how to scan the packages. The lady at the Newark office was super friendly, greeted me warmly, and processed my request quickly. The friendliness was hands down the best among all the offices I visited in the past year and Id say I was nicely surprised. I hope USPS could employ more clerks like her.

I have ALWAYS had great service here and when they were on Thornton. Maybe because I actually treat the Postal workers the way I want to be treated. With courtesy and respect. Have there been issues on the past 20 years? Yes. But theyve been my issues; wrong zip code, no zip code, forgot to put a stamp on, etc. And lines are a part of life, still beats sitting in traffic!

This is unfriendly place who did disservice to disabled people. Their phone does not work and I had to appear, wait in the line and inform me that they would not process after only reading half way through my paper work then said no, cannot process without appointment. You waste my time! Hello?! You fix your phone please?!

Absolutely agree....The Inidan / Middle Easter man is really rude, even in front of KIDS!!!! For Heavens Sake !!!! Someone please face him and tell him. I cant, not with kids with me. or, avoid him all together.

Just like any other USPS, wait is moderate like any other USPS I was also told This is the USPS hub for mail coming into in the greater Bay Area. So all mail will stop here.
