Lived down the road from where we live now . We have the same horrible post office lady . Shes rude , wont deliver packages if it requires getting out of her vehicle and has no time to answer questions .Now we just moved to a new address - its anew house number . We noticed we werent getting mail and even chased the mail lady down asking where our mail was ( we were getting mail for 3 weeks) she said we had none . To find out they were returning all our mail and packages as undeliverable as if we had no house or mailbox. I sat on hold for 2 days trying to figure this out - first day for 15 minutes and she had no answer other than nothing was there for us , second day for 21 minutes when they said a substitute route driver returned all our mail including 2 paychecks, bills, and a whole order or checks . No apology nothing . How do you hire such incompetent people ? Is it a requirement to be rude as well ? If you can avoid dealing with these people I would at all costs .

I have just moved to buckley into a new house to start a family in the area. Now everytime I am in the post office talking with an associate or on the phone with them they are beyond very rude to me and dont understand that I have no way of getting mail , anytime I ask questions or explain what I need help with they are very rude to me and interrupt me while I am talking and talk over me. I simply had let them know that Im in need of a mail box number so my landlord can fix the lock for me so I can get keys and they continue to be super rude to me just because it takes time out of there day to help one another.I dont understand why theese women are so rude to someone who is new to the area. I suggest a 0younger crowd who is happier with thier life to work behind that counter , other then 60 year old women who are constantly angry, Im beyond pist off and tired of being talked to like Im an ediot and not getting some further assistance.

lived here for 6 years, our carrier keeps putting my packages in someone elses box!!! I called post office about it, LADY WAS VERY RUDE. they said to call back later after I double check my mail. so i double checked and its definitely not in my box, UNFORTUNELY I DIDNT MAKE IT HOME UNTIL AFTER THEY CLOSED. of course its sat NOW, and although they have sat mail, and sat pick up at the post office, no one will answer my call. EBAY SAID ITS DELIVERED. I MADE SURE TO ORDER THIS ITEM SO IT WOULD BE HERE IN TIME FOR WHEN I NEEDED IT. (THIS WEEKEND). NOW I CANT EVEN STRAITEN IT OUT UNTIL MONDAY. I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF.

I hope you never have to call the customer service center here. The associate who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me and interupted me multiple times. I could barely get a word in. When I could finally start speaking again she sounded like she couldnt care less about my package and she said blatently that what I am saying (what is on the tracking info) is not at all true and the tracking info never said that. Please USPS, start caring about people. Your lack of customer service is appalling. I hope to God that I never have to deal with you again.
