Most most and foremost what makes Rosie the most productive worker that. Shes a friend first to the customers in order to bring about the potency of being able to help the customers with everything that there needs shes been extremely helpful to me shes been a very caring person shes been very very very patient with me and all of my endeavors and trying to keep up my part of the deal as opposed to paying for my storage I mean shes the most awesomest person in this world I mean even off the job shes just very very very very productive and everything that she do professionalism friendship wise and Ect I love her so much and shes the best and give her a raise

I came here to US Storage after leaving the competitions facility which is located across the street.I had seen the facility driving by being unsatisfied with the management there came across to check it out. I am glad I did. not only did I get a better rate but the people skills here have made me fill like what a customer should fill in a storage facility That your stuff is safe .Your things are important and that your business matters.If your looking for a storage around the City of Gardena two thumbs up for the Gardena U S storage facility JesseQ

For the more than a year that had storage, I never had any problem. The staff was very polite every time I went in to pay my rent.There were always questions like -what can we do for to you so that your stay. Staff was very friendly and always welcoming. There was water to drink to cool off from the blittering heat. I am leaving but I WILL MISS THE STAFF- ROSIE AND OSCAR WERE TERRIFIC. i WILL TELL FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR CENTER SO THEY CAN COME RENT. I just wanna say if you are ever in a need for a storage facility this is the place to go. They treated me so nice here and worked with me at times. The manager Rosie is truly a genuine good person along with Jose. You dont always get to meet good people and do business with them at the same time and thats what I found here. The customer service here is 5 star and the location is excellent. Thank you so much guys for everything :)

I chose this location because of the low rates and convenient location near the freeways. Staff here are excellent and provide great customer service. Rosie in particular has been very helpful. Units are easily accessible. Dont have to worry about stairs/elevators since everything is ground level. Can drive right up to most units. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of storage in this area.

I have been a customer for several years and have appreciated the kind, efficient service I have received from this company and facility. I would highly recommend a call to this facility if you are in need of storage .It is close to the freeway and has great hours and access. They also have great move -in specials and can accommodate most sizes for all of your storage needs ,depending on availability.

I am not surprised to see 5 star ratings for this location. After the great customer service I received. I have no complaints, the prices are competitive, access to storage is easy and most of all customer service is excellent. Rosa the manager even accommodated two of our units very close to one another to make it easier for us. I will recommend this location and will definitely come back.

By far and away the best place Ive used for storage, and over the years there have been many! Secure and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Reasonable rates, and easy access. 100% would and have recommended to my friends. This is NOT a fake ad and I was only a customer haha. Ive only moved on because my new house has enough space for all my toys (crap!)

Ive been very happy with the service is here I been a long time customer 15 years of storing. I have had 3 units with them. every time I need a new unit Rosie knows the space I need. she keeps property clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone I know. a must come here if looking for friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

The best storage company I ever had. Ive been with the storage company for over 3 years. Rosie is the best. I left debit card at front counter before i knew it, Rosie was handing it back to me. There have been times I left storage unit open and nothing was missing. I love the long hours of operation. Thanks Rosie for being you!

The only thing I dislike about US Storage is that once they get you in with a decent pricing, they soon begin to raise the price every 9 mos to a year - without fail. There is no cap. They continue to raise it as long as you rent the space. I think thats unfair. Then they want you to refer others so they can do the same to them.

Rosie is the best!!! I reserved a storage unit at a different location but after meeting Rosie, I decided to rent space at this location. She was very professional, courteous and I can tell that she cares about her customers. I highly recommend this property and also recommend that the owners give Rosie a big raise!!!

I have been a customer for a few years, I left about 3 years ago and needed storage. I came back because the staff is very helpful and friendly. Hours are great Im a gardner and needed good hours. They have them from 6am to 9 pm. I would recommend this property to all my friends and anyone who is looking for storage

The staff is super friendly, always helpful, and they care about their customers. The manager even remembered my name and who I was after meeting me shortly after the first time I took my business there. And since its location is kind of hidden by not being on the main roads it adds to the already good security.

My dad and I recently came across this storage center from an online auction. The facility is impeccable and very well maintained. The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous when it came to showing us the room and receiving our deposit. If you need a unit to rent either big or small; this is the place!
