Their service is great, they will take care of your vehicles better than other auto care. They are willing to teach you about the issue in your vehicle. i just had my toyota corolla worked by Kent to solve the issue on the engine and make the "check engine signal" go away. He not only fixed the problem. He also checked the rest part of my vehicle for free to make sure that i can drive it safely. He is open minded. he let me to see how he fixed my car and taught me about how the car maintanence should be done.

This is a fantastic shop that goes out of its way to not only observe and identify what exactly is wrong with the car but will willingly show you whats wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. The prior garage I tried was quite the opposite; didnt go the extra steps in identifying issues, minimal conversation. Ken, on the other hand, clearly enjoys his work and making sure you understand whats being done. If you want a thorough job done on your car, this is the place.

Parents picked up my car from the shop not noticing a dent in the quarter panel keeping my front door from opening all the way. Didnt have that before...wanted 600 for cleaning injectors. Nah. Customer service didnt seem like they were trying to figure this out with me and ask question. I had the hopeless feeling of making sure I told him everything instead of him asking relevant questions. Not very helpful.

I had my catalytic converter changed. My truck has a double so the cost was going be more, but only one was bad, and Ken didnt charge for 2 when I only needed 1 and the cost was half of what I would have paid for 2. Ken was fair and honest with his assessment. I would recommend his auto shop to anyone, who wants a good job done at a fair price.

Awesome place. Ken is great guy that explain the problem and make sure you understand what cause it. Thus, the problem wont happen again. This is a one stop fix. Dont go anywhere else. I got slapped on a head many times before from other mechanic. All of my reviews are on yelp. Please read it before taken your vehicle to a repair shop. :)

Hayward, CA 3/24/2012 We recently had our engine replaced on our 2002 Chrysler 300M. We are very happy with the price, quality of work and attention to detail. When was the last time your heard "honest" and "mechanic" in the same sentence? Ive been going here for years and have always had great results. If you are looking for a non-dealer mechanic, look no further. I take all three of my cars here. This is where I send my family.

down they would do smog check when I get there , got there they did paperwork and emmidiately pulled our van up to shop to perform smog check , clean work environment and professional , will recommend to friends / family , shop also capable of other repairs .

Ken did an amazing job on my 350z. He repaired my mechanical issue on time, and even washed my car for me. Def. Considering making him a personal mechanical for my baby (350z)

Oil change way over priced, I brought in my own oil and he charged me $67 for labor. Took in another car $89 for filter and 5.5qts of synthetic. I think Ill pass on this shop
