Will not refer again. Used this guy once before and thought he did decent work so thought Id refer him to my manager at work and my roommate. They both had scheduled the same day appointment later and he just blew off the earlier appointment with my manager with no communication at all. I like to help support small businesses because of the customer service but this business is lacking heavily in that department. I guess you get what you pay for

I have gone to Emerald City auto glass twice now in the last six months for windshield replacement. Corey and his wife do a great job. I called several places before getting the best quote from them! They always show up when they say theyre going to show up! They are also very quick. The last time they were here they noticed that my roommates windshield had a chip and were able to fix it while they were replacing my windshield.

This place was recommended to me and I needed a back window fast. He said he could come out the next day. Perfect! Next day comes around, no call and no show and he would not answer the phone. A call would have been nice so I could find someone else to do it. Not sure how this guy is in business with customer service like that. Double thumbs down.
