After getting a hefty estimate from another shop I thought I would take it else where and see what issues were found. So I explained to George the same issue I initially took my car into the other shop and asked if he could find what was causing the problem. Nothing more, didnt mention the slew of issues the previous shop listed. Well honest George spent half a day checking my car bumper to bumper and guess what he found... Nothing! All of the parts the last shop said needed to be replaced or repaired (as soon as possible btw) were just fine and in fact he asked when we had some of them replaced because they looked fairly new. I should also mention that we were charged very little for this service. What he did suggest is that the part showing wear might be defective. Needless to say this is where my fiancé and I will be bring our vehicles for repairs and oil changes from now on. Honesty and Saturday hours, the perfect repair shop.

Excellent service as usual, and several hundred dollars below other mechanics in the Monroe / Snohomish area. I used to go to several other mechanics in Monroe, and after feeling like I was getting ripped off constantly as well as being tired of pushy sales managers trying to sell me overpriced parts, I decided to try these folks out based on a recommendation from a friend. Ive been their customer now for a few years. Honest, courteous, quick, and economical. They will not try to sell you needless repairs or parts, but they will give you an honest evaluation of your situation and tell you what your options are. Im sticking with these folks. They are located behind Key Bank off of Main Street.

Just had my tires installed here, and WOW...What service ...George was the first I met and he was very friendly and professional, Larry was the second person I met and he also displayed professionalism The work was done RIGHT and very promptly 20 min wait time. If your tired of ALL the run-arounds with all other shops and services I highly recommend you try Courtesy, Its a nice change to see a shop with honest prices and excellent work habits! I will go back again for all my cars needs. I dare you, try.. try them out...you wont be sorry at all.

George and the rest of the staff are like family. They helped us put over 250,000 miles each on a 79 Chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton pickup and an 86 Olds Delta 88. Their prices were always reasonable, and they helped us to prioritize repairs. Weve lived in Victoria, BC for 9 years and have yet to find a shop we trust like Courtesy Automotive & Tire. The last time we traveled to the Seattle area, we stopped by the shop just to visit.
