If youre in the southbay area you need to check out The Yard in Hermosa Beach. The facility is all you need to get a great workout in and theres never a crowded moment. After your workout youre steps from the sand to jump in the ocean and cool off. Troll is the owner and hes the best in the business! Knows what hes talking about and will help you out with anything you need. If youre looking for a big gym with crowded equipment dont bother coming. This is a place where you get in and get out , no distractions.

Ive lived and trained all over the country and there is no place like The Yard. Troll Subin is by far the best trainer of athletes in the country. The atmosphere is serious, the equipment is state-of-the-art and Troll genuinely cares about every single person in that gym; pro athlete, young kid or average joe in the facility. Plus, the beach is right across the street. Nothing more complete.

Great vibes, great work out. State of the art training and equipment in a real gym atmosphere. With real athlete trainers. It doesnt get better than this. Plus u can go in the ocean after your sweat!
