I called looking for information needing to use a spa. As I was asking for information regarding location & prices and was treated very poorly. I realized my friend that referred me to this location did not give me the name of the spa. When I asked the gentleman who I was speaking with told me I cant believe you don’t know the name of the place you are calling! When I asked to speak to a manager he hung up on me, Then when I called back The manager actually told me that this was a GAY Spa & if I were to go to this location I would feel uncomfortable! I have never been treated so rudely in my life just for being a woman! They could have just said their spa didn’t prefer the company of women in the first place instead of treating me like crap!

I just called this place. The gentlemen on the phone was so rude. Really, your job is provide information and as a potential customer I believe the customer service employee should be nice, have an excited tone in his/her voice, be somewhat approachable for questions. Ive been customer service for 26 years. I would never be as rude as this man was. Unpleasant.

Sometimes its good other times bad. They should really have age days the last time I went, I only stayed for about 30 minutes because it was a dead and crowd, and looked to be mainly people in their 50s and up. No plans at the moment to return soon.

Just called literally like a few seconds ago, it sounds sketchy but the man was very polite. He didnt seem rude about anything he was mainly straight up. Other than I would like to go in there and see whats up!

Lately, there has been some very good looking younger man coming to Roman Holiday. Guys in their 20s and 30s. Cute faces and nice bodies. Good at giving oral.
