I have lived in 7 states and have moved well over 30 times.This was BY FAR the best, easiest and smoothest move Ive ever had - and thats coming from experience! I work in the I-Tech industry and my company has been moving me around a lot. My significant other and I moved in together, so we scheduled 2 moves to happen simultaneously - which you can imagine wouldve turned into a total nightmare. The guys at Five Star Moving were phenomenal. Mine showed up early, with a smile and started work immediately. Three guys, and my entire three bedroom house was loaded onto the truck in three and a half hours! We hustled over to the new house, and they had completely unloaded the truck in less then three hours. 20 minutes later the second truck from Honeys house shows up, and those 3 guys had the truck completely unloaded in under two hours. One would think that movers that charge on an hourly basis would milk the clock, but these guys are so fast and efficient, it was like a rocket . They wrapped everything, bring blankets and wardrobe boxes at no charge, and have a smile on their faces the entire time - professional, friendly and AMAZING! I cant rave enough about them. Id like to thank Billy, Ron and Thomas for making such quick work of a hard job, and I really thank Vivek for scheduling such awesome workers for my move day. ALL are ROCK STARS in our book! The next time I have to move, I know who to call.

After several mixed experiences with other moving companys in the past, I was very apprehensive about entrusting all of valued ( my grandmothers ) belongings for a very delicate move to essentially strangers. However, Dante , Lott and Ulises and did a great job packing and loading all of our boxes and furniture (ANTIQUES). They protected and packed all of the furniture with great care and let me take my time reading all of the documents. They did not try to nickel and dime me at the last minute like I know many other movers did to me previously and held firm to their price quote. I am so glad I chose to go with Five Star Moving and Vivek was absolutely very, very professional and efficient. Your guys are the best and you have all my future business GURANTEED. Great movers! Recommended. Booked them on thumbtack and confirmed in 2 days for the following Wednesday pick up. I could choose drop off time frame. They were running late on Wednesday and immediately offered me a credit. The guys were professional and moved very fast and very kind. No compalints about moving up second story. Would use again. Very convenient to get quite online. I just took pictures of what need to be moved and they gave me a quote within 24 hours.

Very accommodating and professional service. My last minute request in the busy holiday season was very satisfying . Excellent customer service and the the movers Vivek provided did some extra work which was not part of the moving quotes. Price was very reasonable and the best of all No Surprises on the final bill once every thing was done in Reno, NV. I will urge all my contacts to use Five Star Moving for all their moving and supplies needs.
