I wanted to write a review about Mr. Daniel Hernandez and All Star Moving. I contacted All Star Moving on their website as they were the first to pop up in my Google Search, which tells me a business owner is savvy enough to pay attention to marketing and how to reach out to people. When I contacted them, I was talking to Mr. Daniel Hernandez the owner and we scheduled a move within 10 minutes. They have the most competitive pricing and they have plenty of trucks which make their availability GREAT! I was probably a tough client as I changed my move date twice on them and they accommodated with no issues or push back. Amazing Customer Service! They sent 2 guys with a truck and all of the proper moving equipment to my house (3 Bedroom house 2200 Square Feet) and we got everything loaded and unloaded in less than 4 hours! What makes this better is that during a move we all know that there is going to be something that gets scratched or even broken. That is just the nature of moves! When I got everything unpacked I noticed that my desk had partially been cracked. The guys had to move this very heavy desk up a very narrow stairwell and it probably just got tweaked in the move up the stairs. When I contacted Daniel he said there were two options: 1. File the insurance claim which would give me .60 a lb on the desk (Desk cost me over $1500 and this would only give me about $150 and wouldn’t replace the desk if I tried) 2. OR he would have a Wood Desk professional come out and look to see if he could fix it. I was leery about this but I chose to go that route. He sent the wood guy over and he made my desk look brand new and Mr. Hernandez offered to pay the bill because he was so concerned about my happiness more than just doing an insurance claim which he had every legal right to do. I am 100% satisfied with All Star Movers and will use them every time and will recommend them to anyone. Accidents happen, however its how the company responds to those accidents is what sets them apart. Mr. Hernandez has integrity and that is what matters to me! Great job Daniel!

Had a big difficult move. From Lake Stevens (entire 3 bedroom mobile including years of items that were in the garage), dropped off some furniture in Lynnwood, then off to Tacoma, then to Fox Island with the end at a Retirement Facility in Gig Harbor. The guys (Ray & Ray) treated my eldery Mother with respect and extreme kindness. This was a very hard move for my Mom as she was moving from a 2000 square foot home into a 500 square foot apartment. Not one piece of furniture was even scratched. This was a HUGE move which took 12 hours. Not once did I hear any negativity, only happiness to be helping out. With all the loading instructions (to drop off furniture and items to 4 different addresses), ALL items were delivered properly. Would we hire them again, of course we would and would recommend them to anyone else!

Terrible movers. Overcharged us twice! Not careful. Not accurate or honest. We had an estimator out saying we would have 4 men + a truck. Day of move, they came late, minus one man and refused to finish the job on the day scheduled! So they had to come on a second day for 2 hours and charged us for that + the drive time - another $400. We complained that if all 4 men came on the move day they would have completed our move in ONE day. We paid by check and unfortunately have little recourse to get money back. Manager never called back - we left several messages for him. No one answers phones her on weekends so Drivers can do what they want. Driver made pricing errors on both days. BEWARE -- better to pay more and use a more ethical outfit that wont cheat you and do such a poor quality move.

I CANNOT recommend this company. Their communication after they received our deposit and our business was shoddy. They used temporary help on our move even after they assured us they would use their own professional movers (which is one reason we went with them). I watched the only guy from Allstar train the temporary help, after they finally showed up, on the job with our stuff. Not very professional and definitely not as they said it would be. There is just something off with this outfit. We tried to do our part and use a local "small" company instead of one of the big boys but now I regret it. They may come in cheaper in their bid, but be warned, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Next time were going with one of the more well-known moving companies who care about their long-term reputation.

Amazing movers! My family had an unexpected out of state move involving my 90 year old grandmother. We had a 2 week time frame to hammer out the details and All Star worked with us, providing competitive pricing, willingness to pick up my grandmothers belongings at the last possible second and had all her things moved carefully into her new home within a couple of days. (the move was from Washington to California). The mover who did the driving was a very kind man who put my grandmother at ease and Amber as my contact in the office was fabulous with staying in touch with me to let me know what was going on. I am so grateful to All Star transfer for making a stressful situation much less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs

These guy were great. I filled out an inventory list online and received an estimate through my email followed by a phone call the next day. I asked if they had somebody that could come out and do an in home estimate to check out my pool table that needed to be moved too. They had a guy out to me the following afternoon named Joe. This guy knows what hes talking about and he explained everything to the T so really I had no questions after that. Ive always moved myself but after watching those guys knock out my house that quick and me not having to lift a finger...NO WAY... Hiring movers was worth it.I know who Im calling when I move to Texas in March. Thanks again All Star.

Do NOT use this company unless you have a quote in writing (and even then beware). I called to ask them to move our Player Piano. I stated several times it was a Player Piano heavy as lead". They quoted me a price but when Laron came out to move the piano he wanted to charge me $100 more at the door "because it was a player piano". I dont like the bait and switch tactics they used. When we discussed that I had already told him it was a player, Laron couldnt have cared less and said "then use another company", then hung up. He was rude, unprofessional and I will let everyone I know NEVER to use this company unless they like having their possessions held hostage.

Cory and his crew were excellent at moving my belongings and my Grand Piano & Cecille in the office was super firendly and responsive. They were extremely knowledgable, courteous, and worked hard, hustled yet were careful. I highly recommend this company for any move including a piano. The second crew moving my fiancee into our new house was not quite as efficient/helpful as the crew I had, needed a lot of direction and still made a lot of mistakes/left things behind, made extra work for us....so I definitely recommend asking for Cory as your lead to ensure a timely and stress free move. Can not recommend this team at All Star enough!
