AMAZING. These guys are SUPERHEROES! I was highly impressed with their PROFESSIONALISM. Some of the best customer service Ive received in years! I submitted a last minute quote on a moving website the evening before I needed someone as I discovered I was never going to be able to move out the rest of my stuff to the new place in time. The next morning, I received a call from Pete telling me that they would be happy to do it. He continued to keep me posted via phone as he was on his way and was always in full communication. He and Kenny arrived to rescue me from my predicament, even providing options and troubleshooting as to how to save us money with the rented truck. Pete & Kenny were worked straight through like ANGELS all within my budget. They were HONEST, KIND, and FUNNY. My mother had a stroke a few years back and had a terribly experience with Starving Students as they behaved horribly and left her crying. Pete and Kenny were very good with her and patient, always maintaining a sense of humor with a smile throughout the most challenging of items. I told them the next time I move Im calling way ahead of time to request both Pete and Kenny. After working with them, I wouldnt use anyone else. Ive been suggesting them to all of my friends. THANK YOU for the 5 star service and one of the best experiences Ive ever had during one of the most painful times in my life!

Dear Mr. Pete I just want to inform you that You Sir are a Big Fat Lier! After the phone call I received from You, after I made a bad review, I thought You were a Man of His Word. But again I was right! Your a womanizer who makes you pay top dollar but if your a man you get a lower price. You were talking to me in such a manner my Husband wouldnt even used that tone with me! If you want to move your belongings I suggest that you do it yourself! Let me take a second for You to remember me Mr.Pete! I was your customer who moved my house down there by myself! You didnt even have a screwdriver to break my bed down! I hope your guys do their job! Im the one Who has severe carpal tunnel and arthritis! You told me you could get the job done but you failed on doing so. Then call me after I made a bad review and we negotiated that it would be reasonable price that you would reimburse me $200 that I have been waiting for very patiently! And I have not received a dime! So again you are a big fat liar, a man not of his word, and you dont know how to run your company! We used Petes Moving Services today, June 23, 2014, and I have NEVER been as impressed with a moving service today in all my life! We hired two men to come and help us get my brother, who is ill, loaded up as hes heading out to Arizona to join his wife. Pete was the friendliest, and most hard-working professional mover that I have ever seen. He was relentless and seemingly tireless, and had our truck loaded to the brim in RECORD TIME!. He and his workman were just amazing, and I wish to WHOLEHEARTEDLY endorse this company, and Pete himself, especially. I was so impressed that Im giving him this GLOWING REPORT OF EXCELLENCE and the FIVE STAR REVIEW that he and his company TRULY deserve. He was worth EVERY penny that was VERY well spent, and MORE! We hired Pete to handle moving our belongings to our new home in a narrow window of time, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Pete was flexible with scheduling and devoted a 2-man crew to our move for the day. Joshua and Michael arrived with great timing, friendly smiles for our whole family, and upbeat attitudes. They didnt flinch when we changed our minds on item placement; our things were treated with care; the big playset in the backyard was disassembled with Ninja skill; they managed to park the huge truck in our long, narrow driveway; I practically had to wrestle boxes away from them because they insisted on carrying EVERYTHING. We are super-pleased. Thanks!!

This is the second time I have used this company and we are just as pleased! The two guys sent this morning were extremely polite and helpful. They really know what they are doing, not to mention STRONG! Very careful not to damage anything moving big items out and they loaded our pod like the professionals they are. I feel very Confident that our special and expensive belongings are all going to remain in good shape after our move. The two guys today even stayed a few minutes longer to get a few more items in for me. I will definitely use Petes moving services again should we need it. You wont be Be disappointed!

Petes Moving Services is the best!! We had a last minute long distance move from San Francisco, CA to Phoenix, AZ for my daughter. Pete was very courteous and polite when going over the moving details. On the day of the move, the movers were very prompt in packing my daughters belongings and loading up the truck. All the items arrived safely at the new location in Phoenix without a scratch. Out of all the moving services we have received in the past, these were the best movers and experience we have had. Thanks Pete, will highly recommend you guys to our family and friends!

I would give 0 stars if i could, after paying Petes over 5k to move our stuff. We found many broken items, that we were not even told about. We also had to help unload a truck when we were told that other helpers would be "their any minute" to help. One of his guys even sent pics of the damage, after we spoke to Pete about them he will look at them again, then tell us if he is going to make a claim or not?? They were broke by his team packing and unloading. My advice stay away from Petes unless you like throwing your money away.
