I wanted to give this place a try based on the excellent reviews on yelp. I guess sometimes these reviews can be misleading. My experience with the owner here was completely contrary to what the reviews will make you believe. The customer service, or rather lack there of was extremely surprising. Rude, inconsiderate and dismissive are some of the adjectives that I can use if I am trying to be polite. I would like to point out that you can excuse the lack of customer service if the owner/workers are honest. However, I was lied to over the phone about quote appointment and estimated time it would take to get the car fixed. The owner flat out denied things he had said over the phone and went back on his word completely. Going as far as saying "I dont know what I say over the phone". How can you trust this business with your car when they cant even stay honest with the appointment timings etc. Steer clear (no pun intended).

My car got an scratch on the rear bumper when I was parking. (frame its in perfect condition). I went to this Body Shop to get an estimate from this guys and they want to charge almost $800usd for this job. ARE YOU CRAZY !! it got fixed for $500 in a different place. I would never go back there in my life.

Had bodywork done by Peter and the team. Phenomenal service, looks like new. They kept me looped in anytime there was an update to be had and their estimate proved to be nearly identical to the end price.

Very rude on the phone. Called a week ago to get estimate, the guy said call back next week. I did, and then he said I needed an appointment. Why not state that last week?
