At first, I was a bit nervous to come to this shop because the last shop I went to was owned by a family friend (scared of getting jacked.. you know) but is all the way in San Mateo, so I took a chance and went with Geicos recommendation and am so glad I did. I brought my car here after it was vandalized pretty bad one night... someone took a crowbar to my baby, bashing my windows in and causing body damage to my lift gate and rear passenger door (both which had to be replaced). ACC had done an amazing job with the repairs. The cost of repairs was as reasonable as any $$$$ car repair would be but the communication and customer service was what really stood out about this place. Last shop I went to, I had to call repeatedly and get status updates to see when my car would be ready. This place sends you texts alerts on the progress of the repairs as well as follow up phone calls to YOU! I originally was supposed to get my car back after about 2 weeks but parts were on back order so the pick up date kept getting pushed back and pushed back... which was kind of annoying honestly BUT I know its out of the shops control what is on back order from the car manufacturer so Im not gonna knock them for that. As a matter of fact, ACC compensated me for the delay by re-painting my bumper and spoiler (both were scratched by the vandalism but insurance wasnt going to cover it) and tinting my windows that were damaged in the vandalism as well, at no cost to me. They also kept my custom "Evil M" logo I had put on my car and put it on the replaced lift gate! Brownie points right there because I thought the logo was going to be a loss! I was dealing with Andrew and his customer service is amazing! The staff is super friendly and accommodating regarding picking up your car and dropping off the rentals as well. Im hoping I wont have to make any more trips to any more body shops but I found my go to place if I ever need to. Thanks for the awesome repair job ACC!

My BMW 328i was side-swiped by a Camry that ran out of control on the road one day. There were damages to my right car door, right quarter panel, tire, and alignment. Luckily, the driver that hit my car accepted full responsibility and was covered under Geico insurance. I heard from a close friend that Geico insurance has a local one stop shop where I can get inspections, repairs, and a car rental all in one place. So I decided to use the ACC Auto Collision Center to repair my car. I got to my appointment at 7:30am and was immediately greeted by the Geico representative. He inspected my car and went through the damages in detail. After the inspection, he introduced me to the shop manager and told me that the repair shop will also do a full inspection. After signing the required documents, I met with the Enterprise car representative, where he showed me the car rental and handed me the keys. They were super efficient and I was out of there at 7:45am! I was also pretty impressed with their customer service. While the car was being repaired, I received daily updates on the progress of my repair. I also received a phone call from them close to the completion date. Once I got my car back, I was completely amazed! It was like a new car and I could not tell the car had been in an accident. They repaired the rear bumper, rear lamps, quarter panel, door, pillars, roof, windshield and repainted the rear bumper. They even replaced it a new tire and reconditioned the wheels! They also did a car wash and vacuumed inside of the car. The only thing I found was that there was an extra small glob of paint on the left side of the bumper. I called the shop manager and with no hesitation, he told me to bring the car back to get it repainted. Overall, it was an amazing experience throughout and I would definitely take my car back for repairs in the future!

My wife’s Acura RDX 2013 need rear bumper repair, it was hit by 2016 Honda Civic. The bumper was having a dent about 1 foot long on the left side. We were using Geico insurance and ACC is the closest approved repair list. We get an appointment within 2-3 days, went there Tuesday morning, get the rental car (From Enterprise) on the site, and took about 20 minutes to drop the car do paper work. ACC keep me update of the status daily through texting (You can choose contact preference email/text/call). The car was done on Thursday, picked up in the evening. I was very surprised that the bumper looks like brand new, no any noticeable repair; they even paint the small crack on the right side of the bumper not related to the accident. The cars also get washed and vacuum. Came home and found out that I forgot to remove my home key from the rental car key chain, ACC mail the key within 2 days I received it. I would definitely get back to ACC for any paint services if needed again in the future. Well done.

One of the places I wish I never have to come, but alas, here I am with a car that got keyed by a few neighborhood kids, and I never thought they would be able to do such a good job. The location is small, but outfitted with a small office for Geico and Enterprise, so if you work with both, make an appointment AND KEEP IT, you could drop off the car and drive off a rental within 30 minutes easy. The repair was done very nicely, I didnt get the daily status update like some others did, but when I did call in to ask about it, they were very good about getting the status for me. (piece of advise: can you change the on-hold music? Its kinda, weird) Overall, got my vehicle ready roughly 12 hours before when they said will be done, and the price didnt change (I used insurance, but still, surprise payment is always NOT nice). I wish I wouldnt be back here again, but if I do have paint/body job that needs to be done, I will sure call up ACC to figure something out first.

Our car was rear ended. The other driver had Geico Insurance. We were referred to ACC Auto Collision Center, Newark. From beginning to end, we had an awesome experience. They have email as well as text services which pretty much updates you more then needed and you know exactly what the current condition of the vehicle is. Also, in their facility, they have the Geico Adjustor as well as Enterprise Agent. We got a rental van as well as all issues related to the accident was handled in this location within 25mins and I mean from start to end. Few days later we picked up our Van as per the schedule. The Body work is covered for the life of the vehicle as long as we own the Vehicle. I would highly recommend this Center to all my friends.

Over the years, my family and I have used Automobile Collision Center to repair our SUV on three separate incidents. Two of those accidents were caused by uninsured drivers and the third by our neighbor. Our poor SUV! But, each time Automobile Collision Center fixed the car like new. Even the door handle feels better when opening it, and some of the nicks and imperfections that werent in the insurance report were fixed too. Yes, I noticed them, and they didnt even tell me about them. The impeccable service has been outstanding, and Nancy the receptionist even remembered my name. I am so impressed with the service from the first phone call to pick up that I gratefully sent the owner Mr. Choe a basket of chocolates from Fannie May.
