Ive been calling and no one answers the phone. Ive had a package that tracking says has been stuck there with no movement since Feb. 6 and its Feb.28th! Ugggh answer the phone. Im overseas and stayed awake all night to wait for them to open. Its almost 3 am and Im still trying to get through. They have been open for 2 hours now.

Routinely late opening. Workers cursing at each other inside while crowd waits outside 20 minutes after opening time, apparently because computers wont come up. Crazy. I only came here because it was supposed to be open at 8:30. May as well have waited until 10 and gotten better service. I see why the USPS is failing.

Passport Office lady Cassandra C. is very friendly, helpful, positive attitude even when extremely busy. She gives Excellent assistance. I have seen her 4 times in last 2 years with my various family needs and feel lucky we have such a helpful polite, person at our local branch office.

They really dont know what "Customer Service" is... Like I was waiting for her to get done with the person in front of me and when it was my turn she just went in and never came back. It was like she was doing it on her own.. There were only 2 employees. Thats it.
