Start this off by saying very horrible service. I had a package that was suppose to arrive to my address on 07/13/16. My tracking info stopped on "out for delivery" on the day of delivery. On 07/18/16 on a Monday i still havent received it, so i decided to go to the post office to see what was the issue. I was speaking with a lovely lady who was working there and informed me that I will receive a call withing 2-3 days about my package. A week has passed and did not receive one call. On 07/25/16 i went back to speak to a different lady this time. She gave me the post office number to call in the morning within 7-9 am and speak with the supervisor about my package. I ended up doing that, called 4 times and no response. I work as a Manager in Retail so i try to understand and have patience, but this is unacceptable. I hope someone that works at the post office reads this to make things right. I really hope no one else goes through this.

Hands down worst post office in Napa. Ive been trying to track a missing package of business checks and according to the tracking number, the post office has been is possession for two days without delivery. Called the post office downtown who answered promptly and confirmed it has been handed to city carrier #36 at this Trancas office. I will need to call that office to find out what carrier #36 has done with the package. I have now called the office 8 times, and all eight times the phone has been picked up and promptly hung back up without so much as a "hello." Unacceptable. Off to call the downtown "wrong" post office again to see if they can get me through internally :(

Worst post office ever!!!!! They put my mail in my neighbors box, very idiotic employees didnt drop my mail in my po box because of a different name when it clearly had the po box number... today didnt get my mail either because no one was home, i have parcel lockers in my condo complex couldve just dropped it their

I inquired three times about a package that was never delivered and I never heard back. VERY disappointed that they couldnt even get back to be and let me know they couldnt retrieve the package. Good people, bad service.

USPS is pretty cool when you think about it. Theyve delivered for like 160 years thru any kind of weather for pennies. No complaints here. Lines could be a bit quicker but thats life.

Called and employee answered on the first ring. Very helpful supervisor got on the phone to help me track down missing mail. Extremely polite and professional.
