Counter service was fine but thats not why its getting one star. Its getting one star because I sent sensitive information using this office, and the tracking says it got there but it never did. So now I have to do my taxes all over again with paperwork. Not only that, I couldnt even get the number for the dead mail service to try to track down my envelope.

Talk about rude and not being accountable.. This isnt what you would expect from people that are employed the US post office.. Being hung up on and told that they cant help you and to call back isnt customer service!
