Quite possibly the worst USPS office in this area. I wish that was me exaggerating or being melodramatic, but theyre actually terrible. Theyre nice, Im sure, but theyre slow (incredibly so), inefficient, and generally a waste of resources. I sent a package out, with the properly paid postage via their system, and it gets sent back to my work address with a hand-scrawled please pay postage!! on it, as if exclamation marks made their point more relevant. Meanwhile, on the other side, is the big, white, USPS prepaid label sticker on it. Theres careless, and bored, and then theres really, really dumb.

i had a shipment from amazon. the shipping address was right, but the delivery guy did not find the house. my house was smack in plain view of a dead end street. the person delivering the dam thing some how missed it and bring the item back for return. i got a message telling me that the address could not be found. What an Idiot. Im so angry. 2nd star because some one actually pick up a call after i waited for over 5 minute, then explain to me that the item was already sent back to sender. not of much help, but at least some one to ask to be sure.

If only I could put 0 star I would!!! My mom was rudely helped by one of the employees! My mom has sent me letters to my Texas address numerous times and when she came to this post office one of them told her that she wrote my address down incorrectly and the employee even change the address to North highway I8 instead of leaving it alone with the correct address which is north highway 183!!! The employee kept insisting that he was right and my mom was not!! The employees either needs to get fired or go back to kinder and learn some manners!!!

I wont go back to this post office ever again!!! So inefficient. I just went in to drop off a package and the line around 12:45pm on Monday was OUT THE DOOR... Only one person (slowly) working behind the counter. I waited almost 30 minutes!!!!!! to mail my package. This is ridiculous. Ive been in several times before and its the same issue. The attendants I have had here are SLOW and INEFFICIENT. I will not go back here and I will use UPS or Fedex in the future for packages before finding another USPS.

Waited for an hour to get helped. There was a very very long line and theres only one clerk Person whos working. To think that its Christmas Season. Self service station is even down. This is terrible! There was this guy who was complaining because the clerk cant able to look up the company name or whatever is that, and they just let everybody waited. There wasnt even one people came out to help the other people in line. Very poor service. You guys should add more people.

I can start off by saying that it is not ALL USPS locations that are awful but this one in particular is ALWAYS slow. It took me 25 minutes to send out a package; no one in line. As unfortunate as it is to say, the people who work there are not efficient and they are definitely not cut out to work in such a high pressure environment. The downtown Renton usps is amazing! The people there know what they are doing.

Is it just me or is the culture at a Post Office to treat customers like they are a stupid nuisance? Every time I go in I am treated as if I am bothering them to do their job. I have to go in way too much for my job and its one of my most un-favorite things to do. Do all of these people hate their jobs? One of the guy actually argues with the customers, weird......

New carrier is putting final notices for first attempt packages and not actually even delivering them. Waited in lobby for several minutes for the supervisor but he never appeared for me to address this issue with his employee. Terrible customer service all around. I suggest FedEx or UPS as they have better customer care.

Its the dirtiest nastiest post office I have ever been in. Garbage spilling out, windows so dirty u cant see out them. The floors and counters I am sure havent been mopped or cleaned in some time. The staff is hacking up a lung and not even covering her mouth. I feel like I need to go take a shower in bleach.

This is a very small facility, and even with the maximum number of employees working behind the counter, the line always seems to be long and incredibly slow-moving. Plan to spend some time here and have something fun to distract you on your phone while you wait, otherwise you want to pull your hair out.

If I could zero stars I would, clerks standing around popping gum with only one person at the counter, I will never go back- rather pay more at UPS were theres customer service and faster lines- my time is worth money too, after 45 min only three people served in line no wonder they are losing business

Called 5 times with no answer. Sixth time, I heard them pick up the phone and then hang it up. Seventh time and on I get just busy signals. Pretty sure they have taken the line off the hook. I always expect a bad customer experience from a government establishment, but this is ridiculous.

This is the worst post office in the nation. I have sent my granddaughter 2 packages in the past couple of months and neither one can be delivered to an apartment complex. Very Sad. They are way too lazy for what they get paid.

Man, the USPS has an archaic System. The processing takes forever and the forms you gotta fill out is ridiculous. Sorry, I think these reasons alone are why UPS, Fed Ex and DHL are killing you guys in the courier game.
