This is most awfull carrier service what I ever has in my entire life. Since the representative to the "Supervisor". I ask a month ago to change the lock in the new condo what I move in I paid $50dls in this usps office to do it until today I still waiting for my key, then 2 days ago I was there to ask whats going on I guess a month is enogh time but the person who help me just give tons of actitud and said that id no her fault then make me conplite a yellow paper to HOLD my mail and I show up today to pickup my mail but the very unpolite and very very rud supervisor explein to me the person who delivery the mail take my mail with him again I juds ask her why and she dont even apolagies she just want make me conplete the yellow page again and given to me to much actitud she is more then rud. I can see this office in particular has very low customer service and a huge logístic problem and now I can see why "This woman Supervisor is THE PROBLEM" she was treating me very unprofresional I never raise my voice or said something innapropiette and just start to record her because the way she was talking me. And she just turn around and ignore me. This supervisor here is Not courteous, disagreeable, negligent, unprofessional, arrogant.

Changed addresses and requested a mail hold during the move during which they continued to deliver mail to the old address and when we went to collect our mail at the post office they said a mistake was made and all our mail was at the old apartment which we had no access to the mail box so they would go collect it so we waited all day didnt hear anything so next day went to the post office again and again they said they would go get the mail from the old apartment and would call us later in the day and again didnt hear anything so finally the 3rd day of going in to the post office they said the mail box was empty when they checked and the mail courier had already grabbed the mail and they werent sure where he brought it to. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent seen my original mail from this incident which had a paycheck that i had to cancel and get a new one sent out. This was the most stressful situation for a simple address change which Ive done numerous times at different locations with no problems.

I had great experience. We shipped item to buyer that was lost and/or mis-delivered (we ship 1000s each month) 1 phone call to a clerk named Marc and he took my tracking details, advised me there had been a sub in training on the route that day, said he would go out on route and look for item using GPS delivery details and Like magic next day he called me back to advise me he found the item and that the item would be correctly delivered today!!! So nice, smart and knows how to get things fixed when issues arise. MARC was great!!! and I am very happy with his service.

Worst PO in Seattle, especially if you are stupid enough to get a Post Office box. They will not deliver any flyers so I never get any store coupons. They consistently send mail back even when addressed to the right PO Box. We have lost so many things it makes me sick. They said that all mail to our address would go to the PO Box. Wrong! The important things sent back was horrible. There is never anyone at the window when you ring the bell for service. The lines are out the door but their usual 2 windows open. The list is too long to go into here.

Terrible service. I had to order a mailbox key for my new place that cost $50.00. I was told it would take 7-10 days for them to have the key made. TWO MONTHS later I still dont have a key. So I have to go to the post office every flippin week to get my mail which is WAAAAAY out of my way. Everytime I ask about my key they say the person who handles keys in the office has already left for the day or isnt in today and the driver who may know about it is still in the field. TWO FLIPPIN MONTHS!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS..

I had really bad experience with their new mailman he messing with the mailboxes I did not receive two packages because he dropped it in some other mailbox,its says its delivered but not to me.Please bring back our old mail guy he was so good I dont know hes name, hes a little Asian guy! When I actually get to talk to a person they are great. But do not call the 1 800 number if you want to talk to a person. I had a scheduled pick up that didnt get picked up and there is no option for that. I went around and around with the automated system and ended up more frustrated.
