I visited them for the first time a couple weeks ago. Im always very skeptical about taking my vehicles to shops because Ive had bad experiences in the past with being over charged or work not being performed that I paid for but I hate changing my own oil so I decided to try them out on a friends recommendation. They were very busy and when I walked in there was a line. Normally I would just turn around and walk out but I was acknowledged right away with a "hello" and "We will be right with you" so I decided to wait because they didnt just ignore me like other shops normally would. When it was my turn i spoke with alex , he was very professional for his age and completely up front with me on the wait and I asked if I could make an appt for later in the evening and he gladly set it up. Other shops Ive been to have written me up and made me wait for hours on a simple oil change so I really appreciated the honesty. Came back later at my appt time and was in and out pretty quick. Comfortable chairs and A/C which was nice cause it was kind of hot outside. Alex talked with me about recommendations (which I expected because its their job) but wasnt pushy about the work which I appreciated because other service shop Ive been to in the past lost my business because of their rudeness and pushyness (is that a word?). Anyway One of my better shop experiences and I will return and I highly recommend alex because of his professionalism and overall kind nature.

Last year i took two of my cars in for oil change 3 months later i had to replace a engine, radiators and etc costing me 6,500 in repairs due to head gasket blown. The 2nd car 3 months there after same thing replace engine, radiator and etc costing me another 2,400 in repairs.How do you take 2 cars in for a simple oil change in the same household and have the exact some problem. My first mistake: after getting the last oil change prior to the the heads blown there were 3 women which came into firestone auto center complaining about bringing there cars in for oil change and ended up with there head gaskets blown. Each and everyone of them where firious about how a simple oil change relsulted into a blown head gaskets. Something told me to get the information of the last person and i did not follow my first mind. As a result of that i ended up with the same complaint that thee other women had. And to only make matters worst one of there employee is rude mean and has no people skills. I have brought this matter to the manager attention and they said they would deal with it. If there is anyone else with the same simular complaint please i urge you to speak your mind and get the word out about about your experiance because i know first hand that there are more victims "BBB". As far a reccomened them for your car care take the extra mile check the business out thoroughlly it will be worth it in the long run.........

I ordered my tires to have the white lettering to the inside black walls to the outside. I get there and theres Joel Leal helping a customer. My truck has been there for 3 and half hrs and is close to closing time. I stated i have a problem with my tires. He says go sit down i will get to you in a minute. Was rude. In fact so rude i told him hes pissing me off and he says lets keep it professional. Im trying so hard. So without saying anything about their error he asks how will you be paying today. I state i applied for their credit. So i ask what are we doing about the tires being on backwards and he says your just going to have to come back. Took me 5 weeks to get a saturday to do this. I explained that to him and he looks at me and says how are you going to pay for this? I said do you not remember we already went through this? I cannot be professional with someone not even listening. So i said i will be contacting your corporate office monday and he! says you can contact anyone you like.i will not be doing buisness with them again. They need some new management.

Because of the good service that I have received in the past, I stopped in today to see if they could repair a leak on my F250 PU. I suspect that the engine and transmission may need to be separated to accomplish the task. The gentleman at the kiosk must have been new and had someone helping him. (no problem) I asked if this was something they might be able to handle in their shop. the helper said I would have to leave it for a diagnostic and that he couldnt answer. I asked for the manager and was told the manager was out picking up snacks. I told the guy that I didnt want to leave my truck if they couldnt accomplish this task and asked him what his title was. He answered, janitor so, I asked him if he could ask a mechanic my question and he refused. he was so incredibly rude and inappropriate, refused to try to help me..... what the heck.. I just took my key and left. I will never return to this shop for service or tires. too bad as I have spent thousands of dollars at their store. They may want to rethink having the janitor at the front desk....my goodness...

Ive been contemplating if I should write this review but this place is horrible. I previously had my brakes replaced here so I took it back to take advantage of their warranty but they didnt honor it. Worse I asked for a conventional oil change and they sneakily tried to charge me for synthetic. I also asked if they could remove a nail in my tire and when I went to pick up my car, they said the tires were fine even though the nail had not been removed. Overall the attention to detail and service was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.

This place sucked took my 1987 Volvo to use a coupon... I never have anyone do matinanve on my car but I thought I would give them a chance. The guy helping me kept making comments about my free oil change coupon and gave me a hard time for making an appointment online and than told me my oil filter was not listed and after 30 min told me my car was not safe because it wouldnt idle. I came back to get my car started it warmed up my 30yr old car and it was idling perfect. Stay away from this place... What a joke.

I usually dont leave reviews, but they provided the worst customer service ever. The manager was rude and ridiculous. They gave us a hard time in replacing our thermostat that a previous firestone jacked up. They did not want to put the right coolant, because their "coolant is universal" which is BS and would void my vehicle warranty if anything happened. They also gave me a hard time replacing my oil pan that firestone jacked up on my other vehicle. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

The worst service I got. I went to get an alignment done and I got my car back with an issue. They gave my car back with a check engine light on and it was fine when I got there also when I asked for them to code the problem they said they would have to charge for it. Jezz pep boys does that for free. I highly dont recommend this place to anyone. Totally dislike the place and wont not take my car there again. Thank you
