I was heated when I came in during my lunch break. To paint the picture, I called in the morning to confirm a same day appt for a lifetime wheel alignment. I had a bad connection while we were trying to make the appt so I called back in 5 minutes. When I called, same person answers and says Im good to come in. I come in during lunch break, expecting a quick service but find out 5 people ahead of my wait. I get upset explaining person I spoke with told me I would have no issue for in & out service. 2nd, Ive always had balance and rotation with the service so Ive paid the $$$ for it before. Today I find out theres a optional service thats just short of $70 and the non lifetime is $60. That was the first time that was disclosed to me, so Ive been doing the balance for awhile. Sooo I was pretty pissed I was spending that much money every time I had an appt and nobody explained theres a lifetime service. I give 5 stars due to previous service was in and out for alignment service. I also commend how sales teammate Joseph took care of the situation in a very professional manner. He apologized for the appt screw up. He remedied the situation by placing me on top of the list and compd the difference on balance / rotation since I was here a few months back. So I didnt expect that. He didnt have to do that but he went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Customer service was awful the guy refused to take my firestone credit card because it was under my husbands name and not mine, he is currently deployed right now which I let him know. I wouldnt rate this place military friendly at all he doesnt understand the things we deal with when our husbands are away defending this country. Never going back to this place again I will find a military friendly place. Made me feel embarrassed and his customer service overall was bad. I usually never rate places but this is something I had to say for all the military wives out there who have to take over all the husbands duties while theyre away.

Worse experience ever was there 6 hrs and they kept telling me 1hr more just to say they didnt have the machine to do the job he then showed me what was missing and it looked liked it would have only took him 2 #$*!$&!& seconds to find that out in the first place and said ooo I thought we had the right one sorry we cant do anything wtf are u serious they are dumb and incompetent . As all this is going on and Im waiting here for hours I have my 3 year old impatient. Overall worst experience will never return lets just say dont waste your time or money. #inconsiderate#-6hrs#horrible#service

Fernando Mejia is a superb technician. His years of experience working for Firestone are unmatched because as each make and model vehicle is inspected by him he gets straight to business. My experience with Fernando has been nothing but professional, courteous and above all sympathetic to resolving my car issues as quickly as possible. His diagnosis of my car problems has always been 100% accurate. He is always right on the money and wastes no time correcting/repairing the problem. I recommend Fernando Mejia to work on your car should you chose to take your vehicle to Firestone.

Ok first off I want to say dont waste time or money here. Usually iam a very patient individual. I called at 12 pm they tell me they have no wait I get there 12:30. They tell me it will take two hours. I didnt leave this place until 6:30 they took my car apart, dented it, in the end they tell me we cant fix your car. Thats is when I blew up mind you these whole 6hrs I had my young son with me.very inconvenient it was a waste of time. Will never return here. Very poor service, understaffed, not the first time.( Now my car shakes more than often)

This place was awesome at one time but got an oil job done and half way back to my office noticed smoke coming from the engine checked it out and the filler tube was hanging took it right back Austin looked at it and told me that this has been like this obviously for a while and claimed it was rigged I laughed and told him he was wrong well to make a long story short it was all factory and they corrected the problem but made me wait to fix a mistake that they made!!!

I have been having problems with my rack and pinion. Changed it last year, after few days after doing some test driving started giving me problems. Took it to the shop and they repaired it. After a year it broke down again, and I had to shell out extra more than $300 to fix it in labor charges. Repaired and given to me, but again after driving few days, I see the same problem my vehicle starts making noises while making turns.

Good service and like other Firestones, got suggestions after I was done with my oil change. Parking isnt a problem too. And while waiting, theres just cross the street and pass time by visiting a clothing store, Smart and Final and some bakeries.

First time I came here but so far so good. After the service they will give you reccomendations of services that needs to be done for maintenance. Didnt had a problem too with parking as we came early Sunday so just dont know during weekdays.

Usually great service, but theres one guy who works in the morning and acts like he owns firestone. Service people are very knowledgeable, and they get the job done right. I highly recommend Firestone.

Its really expensive try and go on days that they have specials even then be ready to shell out at least $1000 or more for 4 new tires
