Where do I begin? I finally decided to buy a new car so I got in contact with a number of dealerships in my area. The following day I spent countless hours at Ford, Chevrolet, and other dealerships running my credit score and giving me the highest prices that reflected their lack of interest to put any effort into working with me to make a deal. After 8 hours with no luck I was heading home when Daniel from Valley Kia called about my recent inquiry and told me to come on over. I told him I didnt want to waste anybodys time and that my credit score was not that great and I was rejected by everybody else. Surprisingly Daniel told me that was ok and he promised to work with it. I went to valley Kia and that was the smoothest purchase I ever made, I still dont believe how efficient everybody was. I walked in, pointed at the 2017 Optima and the color I wanted, I told them the monthly price I was willing to pay for a lease, and my maximum down payment I was able to offer. Daniel along with his other associate Danny made multiple trips to the General Managers office trying to get the price down to the limit I asked for. They really didnt have to do that considering my credit score and low downpayment I had in mind, but they managed to do so. Couple hours later, I signed the lease of a 2017 Optima and drove it right off the lot with a price lower than I had expected. I was honest with them about my occupation as a student and in return they did their best to help me make a deal. I am very grateful for Daniel and Danny for making this happen. Thank You!

This Dealer Experience was the worst of my car buying years. I purchased my first new car at 19 years old. I am now 40. I have never been treated worse in my life. They pulled a classic bait and switch. They told me they were getting me the vehicle I wanted sent from a dealer in Los Angels, they did so just to get me in to try and talk me into something different. I was shopping for a 2016 Kia Soul, they tried to sell me an optima, then a 2017 for roughly 12 to 15 thousand more than the car I was looking for. After dealing with them for over 2 hours the manager. I believe Mike was his name told me they finally found it in Carson, and would send it in the morning. So I finally went home. The next day they called again to try and sell me different cars again. Simply because they flat out lied to my face about being able to get the car they said they could get and had requested. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and unreliable. I did all the paperwork brought all my info just to be lied to. Do yourself a favor BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! I can not state enough how horrible the service was. Found the one I wanted the next day off and was in and out with what I wanted at my price. Valley Kia treats people like they are too ignorant to know better!

This past Friday my mother, sisters, and I went in to KIA to get a car for my mother. I have Kia and know that they are very reliable cars. Marcos came out and assisted us by showing different cars and different models. Since the beginning, Marcos was very polite with us and kept inquiring what we wanted and needed in car (he was getting to know his customer). My mother finally decided for a burgundy Kia Forte. During the negotiation process, JC came in to assist and try to find us the best deal that my mother felt comfortable with accepting. Finally, we came to an agreement and my mother drove off with the Kia Forte. Marcos and JC were so wonderful during the whole process. They were never pushy and treated us like were had known each other for years. They were so amazing that I return Sunday and traded in my 2013 Kia Rio for a 2017 Kia Sorento. They made the process so easy and wonderful, I never felt stressed or pushed. I know my family and I will keep returning to Valley Kia for our car needs. Thank you Marco and JC for the wonderful service and laughs. Valley Kia is very lucky to have employees like you.

So I have been looking for a new car for a while and my dad came across the an ad Valley Kia. They had a used Scion xB that I liked so I went to go see it. When I got there I was greeted right away by Jose Quintes. He was super nice and really friendly. He showed me the car and let me test drive it. I really liked but something came up so I had to go back the next day. The next day I showed up and unfortunately he was busy helping another client so he introduced me to his partner Kyle and he helped Us the rest of the time. Kyle was super professional and really nice and I liked his energy. He did everything that he could for us and at the end of it I walked out with my new car. Im extremely excited and happy with my experience and Im thankful for everybody that works. They even called during the next week to see ow I have been doing And if I needed anything to call them any time. Again I couldnt be happier With my new car

My husband and I came into Valley Kia late on a Friday night. We had been out car shopping all day and were pretty over it by the time we got there. When we arrived we were greeted right away by Alfie ( very friendly and great personality). He showed us around and had lots of patience with us. While on the lot the manager Eddie came out and introduced himself. He also had an amazing personality and was very knowledgeable. Eddie was the one who suggetsted we look at the 2016 Optima. We test drove that car and loved it. We were then introduced to Richie who had a lot of experience and made our process very easy. All three of the employees worked very hard to make us happy and win our business. I would recomend this dealership to anyone who s looking to buy a Kia!

Excellent Customer Service!!! We just bought a 2017 Kia Sorento and we must say that we are extremely pleased with the customer service, friendliness and knowledge of the staff at Valley Kia. Not only did we purchase a beautiful vehicle, but Matt Henry was so thorough in explaining all the features in our new vehicle. This guy new every feature in all vehicles on the lot. That was very impressive. Ty, the Finance Manager was so awesome. We had our doubts about making such a expensive purchase, but he made us feel at ease and didnt pressure us into buying extra stuff. Steve was the Best! Thank you!....Thank you! for getting us the best deal. I highly recommend Valley Kia of Fontana, the facility is clean and beautiful and all the staff is super friendly.

I have been talking to Matt Henry at Valley Kia, and he has been a huge help in helping me decide on my vehicle choice, Matt has been keeping in constant contact with me throughout this process. I live in Hesperia, so it has been difficult for me to get to the dealership in person, but Matt Henry has been emailing and texting me and been extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting all the small details worked out so when I get to the dealership, I just test drive, sign and drive...I know my process is a bit unorthodox, but it works for me...Thank you again Matt, and I will be seeing you soon...to pick up my 2016 Kia Optima Turbo.....
