Took my car in for an oil change and noticed about a week later my car was leaking oil. I took it back thinking maybe they left the bolt loose but when it was checked out they said it was my oil pan gasket and that it had been leaking for a while now. My husband called a couple days later and talked to Louis the manager and asked if they could replace the part that was leaking. Since they dont do that type of serice he asked Louis why they didnt let us know our car was leaking when we took it in the first time. Louis was very defensive and rude. He said jiffy lube is not required to notify you if you car has any oil leaks, they only change the oil. We just wasted about $40 on an oil change and now have to get the gasket replaced. We will never come back to jiffy lube again.

Tires visibly looked low and had a road trip planned. Went to get that checked and an oil change. Assumed (like a dummy) that since they specialize in oil changes that everything was great. Got the car home and smelled burning oil (they must have spilled). Visually checked tires and they still looked low. Also missing 2(!) air valve caps. Pulled out of driveway to go back to them to get the caps and noticed large, fresh oil stain in my new driveway! What a sloppy job! Would not recommend and definitely taking it to the dealer for everything in the future. Lesson learned - you dont even get what you pay for!!

I always come here to get my oil change, but today as I was driving up jiffy lube, my car wouldnt steer correctly. I was able to park it right by the jiffy lube. The went out of there way and put brake fluid in because it was empty then they changed the battery to show me what was wrong. I was able to drive it to a place where it could be fixed. The manager Luis and his team were all very professional, nice, and went out there way to help me !! Thanks Team you guys are #1 to your customers !!

Fast service. Friendly staff. I like that they inform you off your manufacturer recommended maintenance, but they dont harass you to have them do it on the spot. Im repeat customer and really like this location. Its closer to restaraunts you can easily walk to if you dont want to wait in the lobby.

This was a busy place, but I was in and out quickly and my car was serviced properly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The car was cleaned and oiled. Local is nicely located and easy to access. Got to wander over and get a quick snack while I waited.

Kind staff. My car broke down after they changed the oil and the toe didnt come till 2 hours after and they were very patient and helpful! If you need an oil change.. .this is your spot!

Didnt get serviced here. I called to see if they took used oil, they said yes, stopped by, they only take up yo 4 quarts...lol joke? most cars take 5-6 qts even the 4 cylinders.
