Im normally a do it yourself person. And with a solid axle truck "primitive design" and time Ive aligned them myself in my drive way. I recently bought this truck and knew some of the steering gear was worn.so ordered in all the steering gear, end to end. Along with a adjustable track bar as the truck is lifted and will help in bringing truck in to proper alignment. Truck drove fine, but was getting lose and even with the track bar drop bracket the track was off About 7/16.From my research Not bad within tolerance to be OK in the pepboys "its in the green".But why just have OK when easily corrected and easier to correctly align Id think when you do this work day n and out. I broke my collar bone and couldnt do much for awhile, and all my parts were sitting on the garage floor.Good friend offered to swap out the parts for me ,If youve never had a broken collar bone, its like living with a Taser implanted in ur body that could go off when ever it feels New steering gear and track bar on ,And a quick good enough one over with the strings and tape To make the truck drivable, went on the hunt for a shop that shouldnt just say ,well its in the green. Or say you can only set the toe as a "factory" adjustment. Like most the toe and go corporate chains. I needed a tech with the nearly lost talent of doing alignments with out lasers and windows with green zones. Back to the days of tape measures, string lines and levels. Or even someone that really knows how to operate the cool laser set up. An older friend brought up be line in his ramblings of the past. Been around since the 40s,but clean across the county from me. Having good and bad days with collar bone,i gave them a call. 79 bucks. Fair price mom and pop shop ,didnt see a darthvader 4000 with self adjusting drone alignment rack. So I signed to a work order. Even assured on zero in track bar,toe set, caster checked adjusted if needed.a s they are all adjustable on a 99 dodge 4x4. dropped off the truck and went to lunch. Know what its like when customer is pacing about, whying and how coming you to death. Hour n half later got a call truck was done. 430ish so shot back paid the man and picked up the truck. Service writer notes of rotate and balance tires, shop notes about pull to right and death wobble ,such notes dont think I was supposed to see.. Service writer reply with has radial pull tires need balance. Granted truck is on 37s bfg ATS I could see that. I live about 35 miles from bee line,oh yeah a pull, more like set up for a Australian NASCAR race. Takes a 1/4 turn to left to go straight. And a hobble like a tire out of balance. That was trying to create a death wobble.wow,ok pro knows so need to balance and rotate. Collar bone issues,Just dealt with it till I could get tires balanced. After driving to store and tired of truck going in to a death wobble only when going straight or left and a bigger and bigger dead spot and Finally able to get under truck and poke and prod around,i found the track bar lose and pivoting at the adjument points. tire side locking nut is a little hard to get to but no reason to leave finger tight.tightened locking nut to take play out, noticed track bar ball stud pivot end is now lose, trashed. As truck sat front track was off 3/4 of a inch. Truck still pulled just like it did coming out of shop, but gos in to death wobble all kinds of random times now. Since able to prob around set up the strings for a quick n dirty check. Right side toed out about 1/4 inch drivers side toed in 1/8 Understand it was Friday, last job of the day,and sometimes just a doah moment happens...humans. Usually I give 2nd chances before Ill rant,i know the truck is lifted high in the air pain to climb around big payment princess, but instead of using a steering wheel lock to hold wheel center looks as a pair of vice grips were locked on the steering shaft, after tearing out the proactive shields for easier access.the shields more superficial then anything,in exchange could have told me the steering shaft was lose and column bushing

Go NOWHERE else! Ive been going to this family-run business for >25 years!! When I first met them they took care of me while I was a starving college student. They cared for my old junker back then with the same excellence that today they care for my Lexus and Infiniti. Everything thing you need. I trust them totally. They have found and corrected numerous problems over the years created by big dealerships , where Id paid a tremendously greater price. The quality of their work is terrific Ive never once had a complaint or problem. They do all this at a great price point as well. They have saved me thousands over the years. Their lounge might not have a selection of lattes and chocolate chip cookies but with the money Ive saved and the phenomena quality received I can go buy my own latte. Danny & Bud have become friends. They are my "car counsellors & advisors.

After a bad experience in the past many years ago, I was in the area and decided to give this place another chance. I brought my car because my steering wheel was not centered (I had done some mods to my suspension) after about 30 min they called me back and when I picked up my car they said they did not take care of the steering wheel problem there and I had to take it to a mechanic. I specifically said that I was bringing it in because of the steering wheel issue. I took a look under my car, and there are no visible signs of any adjustments being made. So I basically feel Ive been ripped off and they should have told me that they didnt take care of steering wheels not being centered. WORST PLACE EVER, UNLES YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, AND IM SURPRISED THEYRE STILL IN BUSSINESS

Brought my camper here for an alignment prior to a 3000 mile cross country trip. Drove it home and it was still pulling to the right, brought it back and had them check it again. They said it was fine and blamed my steering box and drag link (new) and swore that it was within specs and my new, expensive tires wouldnt wear funny. Well here I am in Virginia at an alignment shop now with badly worn and my drivers side tire towed in 0.3° Oh yea, I brought my wifes car in prior to this for an inspection and had similar results. They said all was fine. Took it elsewhere and found that a bad rod end was the source of it wandering the highway. That should have been my warning sign. Im pretty peeved and Ill never go here again. Be warned

My experience at BeeLine is limited as today was the first time I used their services. From the moment I called them for an estimate in the morning and until I picked up the car after the service everything was above average - very friendly and pleasant people, detailed explanation of what had to be done and why and quick turnaround. They also worked with me on the price and managed to get me a significant discount, which of course is greatly appreciated. The mechanic explained which part of the work had to be done immediately and what can be postponed so I dont have to spend too much at one time; that also gives me a chance to shop around and compare the price first. Good place, will continue to use.
