This place is so rude!! No real customer service what so ever!! I called to get a price on four brand new tires. I talked to I believe Dan. He ask, do I know the size of the tires. I then answered, NO! He then said Ford made 5 different size tires for your vehicle. Im like okay give me all 5 prices, my vehicle is currently not here. Dan then said, It will take me 20 minutes to give you the price for all 5. Are you serious? I live not even 2 minutes aways and you cant spend 20 minutes to give me the prices. Okay, I guess I will go somewhere else to someone who can give me the prices. Horrible Customer Service Note to this location....If you cant answer questions as simple as tire prices, dont answer the phone :-) #lostasell hahaha, he could have even given me a ball park price. But OKAY Have a nice day!

My sons lug nuts broke off so he drove the car to this place the rep looked over the damage told us how much it would cost and explain to us that driving on 3 out 5 lug nuts wasnt safe, the rep gave us a price told us to drop off the next day which we did, my sons car also had the air tube missing from the tire which they replaced, their price was reasonable and my son drove off with no problems

I needed a slow-leaking tire repaired. I was attened to right away & the fix only took about 20-25 minutes. I was in and out quickly. Phillip (i believe is his name), at the front desk was prompt & courteous. The place was immaculate with coffee and television available as you wait. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your vehicle tire needs.

Wow after going to Toyota of Riv & getting a $529 quote for my rear rotors n brakes I took my FJ Cruiser here to Firestone SB & they say my rotors are fine and the brakes were not 2mm as Toyota stated & they did the service for only $129 .. thx Firestone! A+++ :D

I was at another auto store and Firestone said they would be the price and did during the free brake inspection turns out I dont need brakes just a brake fluid flush and they took care of me with that pricing as well great service. Thanks Dan

Made an appointment online, got a call from the store saying the tires were available next day. Showed up the staff was friendly and helpful. I was at the store for maybe 2 hours total. Wi-Fi here is fast too.

The job was not done correctly so I spoke to the manager and he was very rude. They also left my door panel and steering wheel filthy with grease..... I do not recommend this place to anyone.
